okay, it's been A Day, so i think it's a good time for a lighthearted ask game.

Today my chronic fatigue hit me like a Giga Impact, and I haven't done much of anything at all aside from laying in bed.

At least Ingo was supplying me with cute Pokemon videos to cheer me up.

Having to work a closer immediately followed by an opener is not ideal, but it does mean I can catch up on the previous night's tasks I couldn't finish right away.

It also means I'm not the only person who is still half asleep in the morning and I can talk with the bosses before they're awake enough to have the Customer Service Voice active. Some of the conversations we've had are amazing.

Arc I am still riled up about my posts being reported to HR. Thankfully I got out of it with a slap on the wrist. If you were wondering why I haven't been as active, that's why.

If someone says they're afraid of a certain Pokemon type, please respect that.

Yes, your Dratini is cute. Maybe your Magby is really well-behaved. Or it just so happens that your Ekans wanted to say hi to a passerby.

It. Doesn't. Matter. Forcing someone with a phobia to interact with a subject that triggers it ends up being no fun for all parties involved. Not only does it drain us physically and mentally, you've also breached our trust; we'll be more wary around you, because if you've done it before you might do it again. The Pokemon might not fully understand the situation, either, which will stress them out.

everyone on the internet loves to make fun of me because i don't like dragon types. they are scary. if anyone has a fear of fire types, NO ONE goes up to them like "but what about magby???" "fuck you my flareon is sooooo cute" "my fletchinder doesn't even look like a fire type do you HATE HIM??"

Update on the fosters!

Sundew the shiny Fomantis has really warmed up to me, while her sister is still wary around people but has calmed down significantly. The Petilil has been alright, she's currently basking in the sun after her misting. Ingo's taken in the Gligar and he's been training it for the Battle Subway!

According to the Pokemon Center staff, they're all healthy and growing well!

There's a damn snitch in the customer service department because ALL OF MY POSTS VENTING ABOUT MY JOB were reported to HR. Now I've got points against my name and I have to take a sensitivity course.

It would've been worse if Ingo didn't step in.

Arc, I swear, this one attendant was hired for the sole purpose of ruining my day. I can't stand him. Whenever we have to work at the same line, he does nothing to help passengers and I end up having to step in to cover his ass.

It's not fair at all. Everyone else agrees.
