The root of most of my dysphoria was/is around physical shape and musculature, more so than other things. Before I started my transition and came to terms with my trans* identity comparing myself to others (guys) was always done in the context of the gym, or other physical environments, being a cut, thick, athletic girl was never enough for me because it wasn't who I was. I always compared my arms to guys arms. Since starting my transition, specifically binding, I've limited my workouts because of pain and fear of hurting myself. About a month ago I decided I needed to push myself deposits the pain and fear because physical activity is a huge part of my mental #well-being, and it's just a part of who I am. I've always been athletic and have always loved moving my #body. Im happily busting out of my #queer #superhero shirt and couldn't be happier! I've very grateful for Justice and Justice Bodies because he allows me to bring every ounce of my qtpoc to the workout: queer, silly boi, strong, sensitive, #masculine, #feminine, gentle, angry, resilient etc. Im very grateful for this safe space and cannot express how important this initiative is to me, and to our community.
