Depression
This is a small thought that has been going through my head in one of those lonely nights. I've been misjudged by many people because of a certain "attitude" that I seem to have, specially with my family and close friends, I know I've pushed a lot of people away which i am really sorry for, but there is a reason behind it, a reason that i was afraid to be opened about because i didn't want them to think of it as an excuse for my actions. I have secretly been seeking for help because i suffer of depression which I'm sure no now knew about and again i was afraid to say something because i did not want to be judged. So why am i sharing this now? I decided to share this because i know there are a lot of people out there who are afraid to speak about their feelings and all i have to say to those people is, DO NOT BE AFRAID and the first step of overcoming all this is just but talking about with someone.
