Life’s been crazy so I’ve missed two weeks of workouts at the gym. This week my girls had a lice breakout so I spent every day after work deep cleaning my house and treating their hair. I’ve lost 7lbs in the past month though so that’s a plus!! We also took the kids to the aquarium and insectarium and went to a creed concert this month!

The highlight of my weekend was reuniting with my two best friends in the city where we all met while having this iconic experience that brought so many people together!! It’s been three years since I last got to see them and we all met in New Orleans 10 years ago!

We went camping over the weekend and then I got my hair done on Tuesday! I finished phase one of orientation this week and next week I get to start shadowing other clinicians!

What is your favorite muscle group to train?
I mostly do HIIT classes and the Couch25K program, but lately I’ve been really enjoying all of the arm workouts because that’s where I have the least strength currently!
