system friends, what is one of the silliest interactions with an alter that helped you warm up to them? recently we've been struggling with some acceptance on a few parts because of where they introjected from and.. i personally worry too much about embarrassment, etc. (mask host duties L O L) recently our luigi made an internal comment that made me genuinely laugh out loud in front of people, but it helped me immediately warm up to his presence and source separate almost instantly. because, and i quote: "i really hope you don't expect me to have an italian accent. i do not- what am i supposed to do? *proceeds to overexaggerate his words in a very obviously fake italian accent* M A AM M A M IA

diving into an old comfort game/fandom and your body instinctively pushes you as far away from the feeling of joy as physically possible just because you were engaging in it as a child during severe trauma teehee
