Context : based on Jon’s behaviour in TMA s2! Viktor, following the an attack on the archives by an unnamed entity finds himself severely paranoid - the feeling of being watched never really going away. Becoming anxious around his staff, especially with Jayce going off to guest speak at the academy and the odd feeling he gets whenever Sky speaks to him, Viktor takes to watching the two of them when he can and records his findings. However, he didn’t realize Jayce had finished up with Mel so soon…

JAYCE - marked by the EYE, eventually succumbs and becomes an avatar

VIKTOR - The Archivist. Fucked up man, his main squeeze is LONELY but he was marked by the END very early on. Eventually ends up as an EXTINCTION avatar

MEL - marked by the HUNT because of mother dearest, is a WEB Avatar but doesn’t know it- she just has to hit the final step (Leblanc is responsible)

CAIT - HUNT. Once she finds out about jinx it opens up her world to other avatars/creatures of the fears that she thinks needs to be gone, it warps her sense of self

VI - DESOLATION, marked by the stranger technically? Idk I wanna add it because of her with powder becoming jinx. Desolation has her in its grips bro

EKKO - marked by the END, tries to stay away from it and is successful, doesn’t succumb and mourns the people he once knew who have

JINX - marked by the SPIRAL very young, Silco pushed her to accepting it but didn’t fully have her become an avatar. She later ends up as A Distortion because of singed

SILCO - avatar of the EYE. Marked by the dark too but he oversees everything, in the archives after pulling some strings, no pun intended. Became an avatar when he and Vander fought

VANDER - artificial HUNT avatar, also the SLAUGHTER. singed fucked around with him like in the show. He escapes before he’s fully incomprehensible as a person (spoiler, he goes out Jurgen Leitner Style)

AMBESSA - worships and follows the HUNT though she’s more slaughter associated despite it. When Mel couldn’t meet the standards of the hunt she exiled her

SINGED - THE avatar of the END ever. He knows. He’s so very aware of the rituals and the fears and he is playing everyone for his own goals.

Thinking about Caitlyn and Vi being like Daisy and Basira but eventually they end up switching places. Like Cait Basira, vaguely eye connected while searching for knowledge on what she’s been sheltered from and Vi being Daisy because of the hardened attack dog tendencies. at some point when Cait is after jinx she begins to delve into the hunt properties that Daisy has- like corrupt cop-esque attack first ask questions later thing (clearly under Ambessa’s tutelage) then unlike Basira, Vi ends up closer to the Desolation. It’s messy but anyways yar someone help me work this out LMAO
