I'm super proud of this piece!! The first background is inspired by the beautiful backgroud in the scene before they ask each other out! I love designing causal outfits for them so much, and I wanted to bring some winter/fall vibes with this one because I'm so ready for warm clothes and cold weather.

Ok but literally, as soon as they said that, I thought "what about Luz and King?" And then I remembered that she thinks she's losing them, so she thinks they won't care if she's gone..and it just made me so sad! EDA YOUR KIDS LOVE YOU!!! And it made me so happy seeing confirmation that she really does see them as her kids, it was so sweet! We stan mama Eda ❤

Raine encourages Eda to join the BAtTs only if she's "got nothing to lose," but the MOMENT they find out she has a family, they encourage her to escape and return to them. This shows that 1. Raine is putting Eda's happiness before the revolution and encourages her to do the same, and 2. Raine believes they themself have nothing to lose. EXCEPT YOU DO BECAUSE YOU HAVE A WHOLE CREW AND EDA WHO ALL LOVE YOU AAAAAAHHHH
