Comecei a caminhar de manhã. Das outras vezes que eu tentei, conseguia ficar uma horinha andando a um velocidade de mais ou menos 1km a cada 10 minutos.

Dessa, com meia hora eu já não conseguia respirar fundo... É, a situação tá tensa.

Ainda não tenho energia sobrando com a nova rotina, vou levar mais tempo pra me acostumar, mas parei de comer por tédio e lombriga, o que já é um avanço.

Tudo de boas. Um tanto cansada da nova rotina, mas parece que já perdi algum peso (talvez porque faz um tempo que eu tô de dieta, só comecei a registrar agora). Só preciso manter lanches saudáveis na mochila e eu consigo!

Acabei pulando o fim de semana. Me mantive na dieta no sábado e escorreguei no domingo.

Hoje começa a minha semana de treinos leves, e amanhã, a minha nova rotina.

Como eu pensei, a mudança que me aconteceu está me ajudando a me manter na linha. Eeentretanto, uma mudança igual foi o que eventualmente me fez engordar mais de 30kg em 6 anos, então não posso relaxar até bater a meta de voltar ao meu antigo peso.

Escorreguei na dieta... Oh, well... Ninguém disse que seria fácil largar os maus hábitos e ignorar as lombrigas. Mas uma mudança que tá prestes a acontecer provavelmente vai me ajudar bastante.

Esqueci de escrever ontem, mas fiz os exercícios que eu acabei não fazendo no dia 1, e também consegui me manter na dieta, mas exagerei um tanto no jantar... Mas era angu com queijo, vou passar pano pra mim mesma dessa vez.

Voltei pra dieta que a nutricionista me passou quando eu fiz minha avaliação física (em 2021, eu acho...)

O plano é fazer yoga e uma sessão de exercícios pro abdômen hoje.

Acabei de pensar num negócio... E se vampiros saindo sob a lua cheia tiver o mesmo efeito de um sol forte pra caramba na pele de uma pessoa sensível e sem protetor solar? Porque a lua reflete o sol, o que significa que o que quer que faça mal pra pele dos vampiros ainda vai fazer em noites de lua, mas em escala bem menor.

OU ENTÃO o efeito da luz do sol refletida no que quer que faz parte da composição da lua anula isso... Ou piora... Ou muda o efeito...

Eu fico impressionada com a minha capacidade de alternar entre "Quero aprender outro idioma, perder 10kg e escrever um livro" e "Quero assistir animes, comer brigadeiro de panela e jogar no celular"

-Aziraphale's love of human magic and his vanishing coins act and Crowley grumbling about all of it *before* it showed us "the farthing has vanished!" and The Marvelous Mr. Fell and his "volunteer assistant" on stage in 1941

-The 1862 breakup *before* the 1827 scene that gives context for their traumas that led to the breakup

-The sexy lunch in 2008 *before* the ox rib date that started it-- all the way back in 2500 B.C..

-Crowley telling Aziraphale about his night dealing with the antichrist baby: "Well, not, delivered-delivered, just... handed it over" *before* professional midwife/cobbler Bildad the Shuite "birthing" Job and Sitis some "new" kids

See also: showed us 1967 and the tartan thermos *before* explaining to us that the tartan isn't just something Aziraphale likes but is something with meaning to the two of them together as a pair

-Crowley rambling drunkenly about bananas, fish and gorillas in the bookshop *before* his and Aziraphale's 'banana fish gorilla shoelace with a dash of nutmeg' conversation over wine in 1941, showing us that he was drunkenly remembering in a scene in S1 a romantic scene in their history that we didn't know then and wouldn't know until S2

-Crowley & Aziraphale dining at The Ritz in 2008 in 1.01 *before* we even know that was The Ritz or why it matters that it was, which they don't tell us until the final, romantic moments of S1

-Crowley obsessively growing a large, lush, overhanging canopy of plants in his apartment *before* telling us he's got a thing for vavoom-y erotic gazing and kissing under the shelter of canopies the likes of which have never been seen in a Richard Curtis film

So, my dear, dear loves... explain to me why I'm not going to be adding to this list next season:

There's a mess of serious and real legalities involved, and I don't want to have to start being a dick and asking for copyright takedowns and all of that, and I don't want to have to regret letting it out into the world.
