People love Korean Fried Chicken because it's crispy and has strong flavors. The crispy chicken wings in this recipe are covered in a tasty and slightly spicy sauce made with gochujang, which is a traditional Korean chili paste.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken wings. 1/2 cup cornstarch. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup rice vinegar. 2 tbsp honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp ginger, minced. 1/4 cup gochujang Korean chili paste. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1 tbsp sesame oil. 1/4 cup water. 1/4 cup green onions, chopped. 1 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix cornstarch and flour. Coat chicken wings in this mixture. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350F 175C. Fry chicken wings in batches until golden and crispy, about 8-10 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels. In a separate saucepan, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, gochujang, ketchup, sesame oil, and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Toss fried chicken wings in the sauce until evenly coated. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

It's really easy and fun to make this delicious Bolognese tart with chicken, sausage, and tomatoes. It's perfect for a casual evening meal!
Ingredients: 375g kant-en-klaar bladerdeeg. 300g rundergehakt. 1 ui, fijngesnipperd. 2 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt. 1 rode paprika, in blokjes. 200g champignons, in plakjes. 300g tomatensaus. 100g geraspte kaas. 2 eieren. 100ml room. Zout en peper naar smaak.
Instructions: Put the oven on 200C to warm it up. Cover a tart shape with the bladerdeeg and put some pickle balls in the ground with a vork. Bake the blade ding for 10 minutes in an oven that has already been heated. Put some oil in a pan and cook it with the onion and knoblook until it turns brown. Add the paprika and mushrooms to the front and back of this kort. Put the tomato sauce through the food processor and season with salt and pepper. To get the meat out of the room, push it down with the room and eat it through the neck. Put the gehaktmengsel in the oven on the tart pan and top it with roasted cauliflower. Bake the tart for about 25 to 30 minutes, then go ahead and serve. Take the tart out of the oven even before you serve it.

Ingredients: 1 cup cold brewed coffee. 2 cups vanilla ice cream. 1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies. 1/4 cup milk. Whipped cream for topping. Chocolate syrup for garnish. Crushed cookies for garnish.
Instructions: Put cold brewed coffee, vanilla ice cream, crushed chocolate cookies, and milk in a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Put into glasses. Add whipped cream on top. Put chocolate syrup on top of the whipped cream. To make it look nicer, sprinkle crushed cookies on top. Serve right away and enjoy!

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate. These homemade cheese crackers are so delicious and simple to make that they will melt in your mouth. All you need to quickly prepare a delicious batch of these savory treats are a few basic ingredients.
Ingredients: 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon paprika optional.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Grated cheddar cheese, softened butter, flour, salt, and paprika if using should all be combined in a mixing bowl. Stir to form a dough. After forming the dough into a ball, sandwich it between two parchment paper sheets. Roll out your dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch. Slice the dough into small squares or the desired shapes using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife. Leaving a small space between each cracker, transfer the cut ones to the baking sheet that has been prepared. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crackers are crisp on the edges and golden brown, in a preheated oven. After a few minutes of cooling on the baking sheet, move the crackers to a wire rack to finish cooling. After cooling, keep the crackers for up to a week at room temperature in an airtight container.

Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Warm up your oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to a large bowl. Use a sieve to mix the ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together well. Add the hot water and mix the batter well until it is smooth. It is going to be thin, but that's okay. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. The batter should be about two thirds of the way up each cupcake liner. It's done when a toothpick stuck in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean after 18 to 20 minutes of baking. Get the frosting ready while the cupcakes cool down. Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it over low heat. After adding the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, mix them in well. Take it off the heat and mix it until it's smooth. Cover the cupcakes with the chocolate buttercream frosting as soon as they are cool. If you want, you can decorate it with more chocolate chips or sprinkles. Give these rich chocolate cupcakes to your guests and enjoy them!

Ingredients: 1 cup dried lentils. 6 cups homemade vegetable stock. 1 cup water. 1 onion, chopped. 1 cup chopped celery. 1 cup chopped carrots. 2 tsp minced garlic. 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1 tsp dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Rinse lentils and add them to a large pot with vegetable stock and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. In a separate pan, saut onion, celery, carrots, and garlic until softened. Add sauted vegetables to the pot of lentils along with diced tomatoes, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for an additional 20 minutes, or until lentils are tender. Adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
