Basilisk vs the D-rex (Hybrid vs Mutant)

Here's a sketch drawing showcasing my hybrid Basilisk face to face against the D-rex from Jurassic World Rebirth

Don't think I will color it (especially with how frustrating it is to color the hybrid's pangolin scales)

Well, never imagined that I would end up doing this as I thought the idea has faded a long time ago. But it seems that the idea never died

So influenced by SMG4 and other Mario recolors (which is still a thing surprisingly) I ended up making this (I don't know if you can call this an OC or a Sona)

Meet Jeremias Ramos, an Hispanic recolor of the character that lives in the land of Peru

Recoloring him was surprisingly easy given that I used the Superstar Saga sprite (which I absolutely love)

Finally, I get to try out my skills on the most sadistic monster in the franchise and the result is simply marvelous

At first, I thought I was going to mess this up seeing how complicated Destoroyah is. But I decided to take some liberty with his design and I ended up making something fitting for the devilish monster

So yeah, this is probably my best drawing yet

So here's some information in regards of my hybrid Basilisk, originally created to fight the Indominus 2.0 by Goji Center but has now drifted away to become his own creature

So this is his size when compared to an elephant and a tyrannosaurus rex :

Weight: 5 tons

Height: 3.5 meters (quadruped)

Length: 9 meters in length

In terms of the different DNA that was chosen for him. He has 14 contributors from different animals :

Megalania: The base form of the hybrid, accompanied with deadly weapons, hard durable skin and great senses

African Elephant: Providing a size growth for the reptile so that he's big enough to challenge a theropod

Allosaurus: A bloody bite force accompanied with iron coated teeth from Megalania for piercing flesh

Pangolin: Covered in scales made of keratin, it's armor is strong enough to resist bites and serve as more protection for the hybrid

Stegosaurus: Aside from contributing size with the elephant, the tail spikes on the end of the tail make this a deadly weapon

Harpy Eagle: With long sharp talons, the front claws are going to be much sharper

Asian Rhino: A short horn for a powerful headbutt when charging

Nile Crocodile: For amphibiousness, allowing the hybrid swim and breathe underwater along with a spikey crocodilian tail. It also provides venom resistance

Ostrich: For disease immunity preventing the hybrid to get contaminated by viruses

Horse: For stamina with large lungs and heart allowing for efficient oxygen uptake and delivery to muscles

Bald Eagle: For eyesight which would allow the hybrid to see four or five times farther

Chimpanzee: For intelligence and problem solving attributes against dire situations

Camel: For heat resistance by storing fat for better thermoregulation

Turquoise Killifish: For a fast growth rate in only 14 days
