See the full design process on my Art Station! https://www.artstation.com/artwork/w84m2O
Decided to finally get my portfolio in order, and started by revisiting a piece that I had created last year Here: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/x5Pk4 Savathûn is the Queen of all Wizards and also known to be the Grand Deceiver/Trickster (my own words). I did a lot of research into making her as authentic as I could while making a unique Hive variant. I studied my previous design and improved on it, while also applying what I've learned what a proper concept art is supposed to do. I plan on creating some illustrative art for her too to fully show off her design. Also planning on Xivu Arath and Quira as my next subjects to create and add to my portfolio. And this time I'm not going to be scared and not do them. They'll be challenging but it'll make me a better artist in the end, and get me that much closer to my dream job.

I had a realization, I had always wanted to draw new Pokemon for a new Pokemon game and I hadn't jumped on the chance, until now. So expect more Gallar Pokemon for the time being! This boy looked like a pork sausage in the reveal, I couldn't stand for it. Figured this do Zacian some justice.

Finally catching up on missed work from being sick. I give you my Roserade, Libertine. This was a fun one, rainbow roses are challenging indeed. This proud little guy beat a Ninetails 1v1 all on his own and ended up sweeping an entire team during my first competition in ORAS. (I even have it recorded). I will be stopping timelapses for a while. Its time consuming and adds unnecessary pressure for me.

"As she felt its bones give way to her fists, and watched its eyes dart around in muted panic, she couldn't help but wonder how such a frail creature could threaten her world...." This project was a blast to work on. A lot of hard work went into it. Super proud too, much improvement since Obrak and I can see how far I've come. She's based off a peacock mantic shrimp and a previous design I did last year for Art Station's Beneath the Waves. Created for Artorder LLC's Beneath the Waves competition.

Finally some art!! Been in a strange place this past week with my work but I'm finding my stride again. Shifting focus away from catering to everyone else, to doing my own work, showing what I can do with my big fun mind. Currently doing a Cyberpunk tabletop with family. Its been HUGE inspiration for me to make some original work and (maybe) turn all of it into a portfolio piece. Started with my character's gear tonight and drew it out. Even included his Roomba, Tanuki.
If you want to read more on this see my Art Station Blog here: https://www.artstation.com/blog_posts/X2L9/edit

Aiming to do one of these once per week; I find them very very fun. Took a small break from my portfolio to work on another Pokemon fan art. Invested more time into this as I was learning how to paint opalescent/ iridescent scale, and smooth shiny textures. Original drawing took 9 hours from start to finish. Hopefully I'll be making a banner for my channel soon! Enjoy~ Time lapse: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtYDmVpz0Nk&t=2s

Made some sketches of some dragon heads this evening after getting PS set up on my new laptop !These are part of some drawing exercises I've set out to do for myself after seeing that I need some more variations on my dragons. So I figured I'd make stock for myself~
I started with 3 heads and each is just a variation of the same design.Planning on doing more of these in the future.
