the past few months have been overwhelming, but so great at the same time. I've been going through anxiety for a year and a half now (it's not much, but it has been tough), but I now understand how grateful I am for this journey. I have enlightened myself so much in this time. It all started with my keen interest towards astrology in 2018, which started to grow deeper in me. And, I know it may not seem relatable, but then came in meditation, numerology, the chakras, spiritual awakenings, and all those stuff. Im a very dreamy person, but im not easily convinced with something, so all these stuff have truly deep meanings and have impacted in my life a LOT. im lucky to say and understand i truly believe I've been going through a spiritual awakening. my point is: anxiety or anything “bad” that happens to you shouldn't be seen so negatively. everything happens for a reason, and the universe has a plan for you; so if anything brings you down, just stay positive and truly believe that this is all for a good reason. and things take time, hell, life isn't easy. but in order to live in this world and be here for a reason, our connecting with ourselves is MUCH important. in order to go out in this world and do anything, we have to be okay with ourselves, because how couldn't we? how will one survive if one can't accept themselves? understanding this is something that should be taught in schools and very much normalised. PRIORITISE YOURSELVES BEFORE ANYONE ELSE. THINK FOR YOURSELVES, AND DONT LET ANYONE GET IN YOUR WAY OF WHO YOU WANT TO BE. CONNECT WIHT UR SELF IDENTITY AND UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS YOU WANT AND NEED. take care and be positive, remember: life is a mirror. and educate yourselves on these matters, I assure you that out spiritual selves govern a whole lot of our lives, and it’s awakening can take us very far ☄️
