Do you have any Sims 4/video game-related goals or resolutions for this year? In 2022, I wanted to improve my building skills in Sims 4, but that didn’t last very long 😂 For this year, I would like to continue playing my Mochiko Legacy Challenge and my Wren Generations family.

For Tumblr, I would like to continue posting Not So Berry, but I might not have a set schedule. If I do, great, if I don’t, that’s fine too. Being flexible with that kind of thing is okay~

Carly and Toki went out for a walk. I took this screenshot months ago, but this snowy scene is quite fitting for this time of year.

I believe this townie’s name is Wolfgang? I like how he looks, outfit and everything. I do not remember what these two were talking about lol, but I think Carly was probably just trying to get to know the members of the Moonwood Collective.

Nina went upstairs to her bed and turned in for the night. Meanwhile, some romance was going on between Don and Dina outside on the balcony 👀 (a.k.a. me making them flirt to see if they like each other lol).

I interrupt your regularly scheduled (lol no, not at all regular) NSB broadcast to bring to you…a Not So Berry Detour! What does this mean? Well, I tend to get invested in my Sims’ lives, including the lives of the side characters. So for the next few posts, we will be putting Julep Berry’s life (Mint Gen 1 Sim) on pause, and we will be following Nina Caliente’s life instead — hence, a detour! Don’t worry, we’ll get back to Julep and her family soon enough.

To recap, Nina Caliente is a premade townie who lives in Oasis Springs with her mom, her sister (Katrina and Dina, respectively), and Don Lothario. In this save file, Julep met Nina at work in the Scientist career, and they eventually became friends/partners-in-crime. However, Nina would often be upset or sad in the background, and she would gravitate towards drinking sometimes too.  I have seen her be upset with her mom, so I wondered if there was drama at home. I was curious as to what goes on in Nina’s private life. This was my moment to find out what she gets up to in her own time. 

Now we find ourselves in Oasis Springs with Nina. She is still in her red formal dress because the last time we saw her, she was at Julep and Elliot’s wedding.

Nina, Dina, and Don still live together in the same house. But Katrina Caliente moved out — I think she got married to Marcus Flex from Windenburg, and moved into the Partihaus. I think they have a son together.

Okay, so these photos are from over a year ago in real time, so I’m not exactly sure what is happening here because I don’t really remember 😂 It looks like Don and Nina are flirting or flattering each other, or having some kind of romantic interaction. I was probably checking to see if they had any chemistry lol.

The frustration when your Sims do something out of character, or something not aligned with the storyline you have in mind for them, and then you have to figure out how to reconcile that with your narrative for them or just disregard it completely 😂

Hi everyone~ Sorry I haven’t been posting lately 😅 I’m still playing Sims 4, but I’ve also been playing other games again! Still on the Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing grind hehehe. I also play Cozy Grove, which is really cute! I love the art style of that game.

Anyways, I would like to get back into posting again (soon?) but I don’t have a definitive date. 😁
