The Swordmage. These elementally-attuned warriors weave arcane magic alongside fire-forged steel, raining waves of destruction from the windswept skies to the depths of the earth.
Despite the existence of Artificers, Bladesingers, Eldritch Knights, Bladesingers, and so many more sword-slinging caster subclasses, there's long been an itch for something a bit closer to the fantasy of an arcane swordsman, wielding mastery of spells and swords in equal measure. And it shows! There's been a million iterations of Spellblades and Maguses. So we can have one more. As a treat.
There's too many images, too much artwork, too much Swordmage to fit into one post. So there's links in the document itself. In the reblogs.
Only 500 followers late for the 1000 follower special! Here's to many more.

Hello all, I'm making a list of various homebrew items, but have hit the limits of my creativity after about 35 different items. If you have an idea or concept for an item that isn't broken(on first glance), then I would greatly appreciate it if you would dm me the idea. If the list gets large enough I'll make it public, but for now it remains my own private list.
Thanks to any of you who would help me out beforehand, and I'll be sure to thank you after.
And as always, happy hunting, my chosen

1st draft of the School of Origami homebrew. You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to find a picture of an old man doing origami, or stylized old people in paper armor.
Obviously Duo-Dimension is inspired directly from the AD&D 2e spell of the same name, and the idea of a paper caster is very inspired by Cio of KSBD.
As always, I homebrew strong and then power down as revisions go. Enjoy!

The Dancer! A class based on the Dancer job in Final Fantasy Tactics. It is complex but ultimately based around performing consistent dances every turn in order to debilitate and distract enemies. As they level they become even more adept at this and learn to use their influence to impose all sorts of effects. I kept the general concept behind a dancer the same and made nods to their use as seduction and stealth users, but they work just as well on the battlefield as on the stage. What to make me do a happy dance? Consider commisioning me or donating to my Ko-Fi.

The 2nd revision of the Circle of Wildskeepers, now the Circle of Wardens. A druidic hexblade-esque warrior that wreathes themselves in nature’s embrace, magically crafting armor and weapons from the local flora and fauna. A Warden of the swamps may wreathe themselves in rotting wood, moss, and bone while a Warden of the jungle may have armor comprised of strangling vines, carnivorous plants, and the decayed pelts of the predators who hunt within.

The Path of the Dragon. A variant of some of the other Barbarian subclasses I’ve seen that use dragon inspiration. I added a lot of options to the class as a means of making Barbarians less simple for players that like a little more variation to their game play. I often find my main issue with martial classes to be the “I take my turn: I move towards the enemy and hit it” repetition, so adding things that make them feel more dynamic makes me feel like I might be giving y’all something you’re missing as well.

So I have been working on this small 5e expansion for a few days. It contains 9 new constructs, a new race, a Cleric Domain and 6 magic items/artifacts. I really hope you like it and I tried really hard to make it relatively detailed.
Remember, if you want to use any of this in your game, remember to ask your DM first and give credit to the creator. Anyway I might not be able to post anything tomorrow as I have a game to host and need to think of some ideas for more Homebrew. There was originally a front cover for this small book but Tumblr wouldn’t let me post it because no more than 10 images. I’ll post the download link for this tomorrow :) That’s all from me today, peace. Actually, here is the link. The website allows you to download the PDF version of it. Where it says Destination, click Save as PDF. Then in “More Settings” change the paper size to “Letter” to remove the white strip of paper at the bottom :) https://homebrewery.naturalcrit.com/share/BkrdZu_aV

I'm gonna spread this around because I feel that this is necessary. I personally can't help make your idea come to life, but hopefully I can help spread this to others who can.
Any wealthy folks want to invest in a revolutionary business idea?

For some, the study of magic is a study of the world itself. Those that turn this knowledge into power are known as Scholars.
Here it is! The Scholar class (Version 4.0 Chronicler). I’ve done heavy rewriting and balancing to the class, and decided to give them a regular number of spell slots. Now, instead of being able to manipulate spells, they instead are able to call upon the elemental spirits of the world itself to gain additional magic-like effects, as well as having some of the previous concepts mixed into the class’ base abilities (such as spreading a spell around, running two spells at once, etc.)
Although they’re mentioned, you might have noticed I didn’t include statistics of the elemental spirits. That is because Tumblr would not allow for the number of images I needed to put them all in one post. I’ll put them in soon, though!
I’m going to be playtesting this myself soon, but any constructive critiques or playtesting data would be heavily appreciated!
As always, feel free to critique or respond, and roll well!
