They’re done! I finished the Lords in Black set. I love them so much. I just need to make a Webby—I’m wondering if I want her to have black eyes? Gray? Red? Eye shadow, or not? I’ll probably use CholyKnight’s spider eye embroidery for her face. These guys are all built from a modified CholyKnight bunny pattern.

I just want to thank Starkid for making such cool characters! The power of Wiggly is so great, I taught myself so much sewing in these last ten months, just to have a Wiggly doll.

Nibbly was the last Lord in Black to make, I made his teeth embroidery and then his lips are hand stitched on after. It was such a pain, but I love the effect. I wish I’d had a more neon pink, but I don’t mind it too much.

I found a pair of goggles for Tinky, and honestly, by sheer luck, his eyes were perfectly spaced to even wear them.

And as a bonus, Wiggly without his crown.

step on your grave is a good song but you can tell it was written for hatchetfield first cause it sounds slightly out of place with the rest of the soundtrack. its not bad by any means!! just the sound stuck out a bit to me

im very neutral on hop a lot and crumb, theyre just sort of there to me

the fairy queen scene is so powerful that i miss it the rest of the show but had she been in more scenes it would have made ash to ash less impactful

i do like tadmore but i dont think it could work out for them in the present i think it would take several years to form a romantic bond and even then they might not realize it

also tadius hey, ella said she didnt want to be a ruler why.. why did you kill the king knowing the throne would pass to her?

I have actually been thinking about Maggie and mother's day today so this is very relevant to a train of thought i already had im gonna share what they all do for that day!

Maggie: does not have a relationship with her mother. her parents got divorced after the Incident because Maggie and her father felt they couldn't trust her with what happened and it opened a big ol' rift!! so Maggie spends mother's day with her dad <3 Maggie's mother's name is Kimberly

Ani: mother's day is a Sunday so of course there's always church and meeting up with the Chasitys for a short while. very very typical white picket fence family mother's day, breakfast in bed, flowers, maybe even a picnic. Ani and her mother make flower crowns every year. Ani's mother's name is Jennifer

Skyler: Skyler and their brother Manny are very much goofball kids that on a typical day could cause their mom to get gray hairs (in a fun way!). But mother's day is very nice, they are on their best behavior, they are very grateful to have the mom they have!! It's nice when Skyler brings in RollerRama money so they can actually afford to go out and do fun things that day. no hard set tradition just a very go with the flow family. Skyler's mother's name is Camilla

So glad I made Blinky before Nibbly—great practice for large appliqué pieces. I feel like he’s watching me everywhere I place him, so I think I nailed the Blinky vibes. I wish I had a more neon pink, but I think I might have to use this pink for Nibbly. Just one more Lord to go for the full set, and then maybe see about a Webby design?

If you missed out on my insta stories, long story short I’m in a musical rn and haven’t acted since middle school so I’m getting fully immersed in my old theater hyperfixations in real time so then I decided to watch all the hatchetfield stuff again and am going insane over this anxiety ridden man all over again… middle school me would genuinely be so proud, I gotta find some of my old drawings of him

It’s my second time making Tinky, and I think I’ve learned a lot since my first attempt. His tongue is full of pipe cleaners so it’s fully posable, and I got him his toy box, too! I think I’ll try making some goggles for him later. The pattern is based on CholyKnight’s chibi animals, with some modifications.

I'm so unbelievably excited for the TGWDLM remount I was inspired to make an illustration! I love classic horror posters and covers so I thought I'd try making one. I was highly inspired by a few jekyll and hyde ones I found and had a lot of fun (except from the typography☠️).

This is my first time being a backer for a starkid production so I can't wait for this summer!👽
