Mind drawing my OC?

I wasn’t sure what kind of vibe your character has, so I went with my style of things and a blank interpretation. I hope you like it :)

Requests are taking a little longer to complete than expected, it’s like the world knew I was opening them. I was sick in 2 different ways in may, had to travel 8 hours there and back for a medical appointment and had a conference to attend at the end of the month.

To the people who have sent in requests, generally, I have started to work on them all. At different points of completion. So, soon you should expect to be sent a work in progress shot, or to see the request posted as an ask response.

I’m closing new request until I complete the ones I already have. I’m definitely still working on the ones I have banked though, I’ll not abandon them.

Art Requests

Hey everyone - 

So, I’m going to be opening up free art requests on Instagram and Tumblr **. I used to do these a lot through Instagram stories before 2020, and only a little afterwards. I stopped while I was at uni just so I could manage my time better. I’ve decided to run it through two sites just to get a wider range of suggestions.

On Instagram, I’m going to make a master post about it that you could comment suggestions on. I’m gonna make ask stories too, since I think that might be seen more often, and the finished drawings will go up on the story too. I will take some requests over DM.

** On Tumblr, I’ll be opening up my ask box for requests and have my inbox open too. I’ll make a master post with art request tags and reblog it to some of the art communities, too.

The same rules and restrictions apply to both sites. It’s the internet, and I can’t stop you, but please don’t repost my art without credit, sell the art as your own, or as NFTS, and please don’t use my art to train AI.

I won’t draw:

furries. I’m quite out of practice drawing animals and anthros, so I want to practice a bit before I subject you all to that. This might change in the future.

gratuitous NSFW. No non-artistic nudity, sexual themes, or violence. I’m not going to age verify for requests, so I’ll be making personal judgment calls on whether I think it’s appropriate or not. If that’s something you want, wait until I open commissions again and be able to verify your age.

real person fandom type things. No YouTubers or celebrities as themselves.

I’ve had one hell of a fortnight, it feels like the world knew there were things I wanted to do. Last week was so fucking busy including 7 hours travelling by train. I got to spend loads of time with my beloved last week though and I’ll never regret that. Then this week I threw out my back somehow. I’m not even that old so it feels a bit ridiculous.

Im glad I got to work on some art though. And between travel and being ill I’ve watched quite a bit of anime too.

Warm up self portrait ish kinda drawing

I used to do this thing on instagram, years ago now, that were request Thursdays. Something like that. I’d put out an ask story and people would send things and characters do draw. It used to be quite fun, I’d see all sorts I wouldn’t normally. I think it’s why I ended up watching madoka.

I want to start taking requests again, I think. Maybe I’ll eventually open up proper paid for commissions, but for now I’m going to open up free requests. I’ll make a proper post with terms for it later.

I started playing termina again the other night. The vibe is such a stark difference to how bright and sunny it is outside. It distracts me from how hot it is though. I’m starting to plan for a local con and I realise how not summer friendly all the cosplay I have is. I’m thinking about taking Daan though.
