Can't stop thinking about Tav and Astarion finally finding a way for Astarion to be in the sun again and them both just breaking out in biggest giddiest bout of joyous laughter the moment he steps in the sunlight again for the first time in so long. They embrace and kiss and the kiss turns more desperate and passionate until they end up making love out in the sunlight right then and there.

So I recently watched Bones and All (hope you’re familiar with it, I’d feel bad spoiling it in case you aren’t but are interested in it!) - and I’ve been unable to stop thinking about the ending. Do you think that, when Tav‘s life was coming to an end and they’d ask Astarion for it, would he do a bones and all on them and feed from them one last time, draining them dry? Personally, I think my Tav would see it as a last goodbye, giving him a chance at savoring their blood/the memory of feeding on them one last time while also slipping away rather peacefully (judging by how the narrator frames it during bite night when you don’t stop him, it isn’t very painful and you just drift off.). I’ve been torturing myself with the mental image of Astarion being extremely emotional while trying to honor Tav‘s last wish, trying to savor that connection one last time while also grieving immensely and maybe struggling with a sense of guilt for a few days now.

i know in my heart that astarion would absolutely hate doing it, but if tav asked i think he would.

another funeral rite i can see him doing is keeping a vial of tav's blood somewhere, like in a pendant or something. the vampire version of keeping a lock of someone's hair. or have it preserved as a gem for a ring

Daydreaming about what the sex would be like years into the relationship with Astarion. When he's finally fully comfortable and feels safe enough to get completely and utterly lost in the act. Being on top of him in a chair or on a sofa, him holding super intense eye contact with darkened eyes, mouth slightly open, fangs showing. Without a care in the world if he looks sexy and seductive enough, since he's already won you over, he doesn't even waste a single thought on that stuff anymore. And somehow, now that he doesn't think about it anymore, his intense gaze is the most attractive. Staring right into your soul as he makes you whimper. The way he just pounds into you messily because you just feel so good all around him, and nothing matters in the moment except how good it feels. The uncontrolled low groans escaping his throat. His feral vampire nature coming out. Him being comfortable and secure enough with you to let the animal come out, already knowing he won't accidentally hurt you and you're not scared of that side of him. He knows you deeply enjoy all parts of him, you don't care when his nature overtakes. The wet, sloppy kisses on the scars he left on your neck. Breathing you in deeply, your hair falling into his face, completely overstimulated by all of you, your scent, your moans, your fingernails digging into his scalp. The way he doesn't even feel the need to ask anymore if he can bite you while fucking you, he knows you inside and out. Everything that gets you off, everything that pushes you over the edge when he wants to get you there. The way he gets just a little aggressive when he's overcome with how much he loves you and how fucking good and tight you feel around him. Complete bliss and ecstasy.
