First ever tiny home build... Was very stressful and my first build in about two months, but really love how it came out!

Ethan wasn’t a normal teenager, but a spellcaster. One that has completed the aspirations,  Spellcraft & Sorcery, and  Purveyor of Potions. He is now a  Virtuoso rank as a Young Adult and is making his move to live on his own in Glimmerbrook.

Happy Birthday Ethan! You are the heir for Generation 3! You will be going on after high school, to move to Glimmerbrook and learn the way of the spellcaster lifestyle! Courtney Caverly, of Britechester, passed away June 28, 2020, due to Old Age. Her family tree is unknown. The wife of Colton Caverly, she died the same day as Colton, later in the night after returning from his grave site in Newcrest. A graduate from Foxbury University, she went on with her degree to become a Marine Biologist.  A daughter, a mother, a niece, an aunt. Courtney is survived by her son, Ethan Caverly, and her daughter, Ariana Caverly She is now resting next to her father-in-laws memorial at the Newcrest cemetery. Colton Caverly, of Britechester, passed away June 28, 2020, due to Overexertion. Son of Grayson Caverly and Summer (Holiday) Caverly, Younger brother to twins, Alaska and Mason Caverly. A graduate from Foxbury University, Colton graduated with a degree in Psychology, and went on to be a Professor. As well as a collector Sim. He had completed three collections in his life, Elements, MySims, and Crystals. He will be passing the start of the other collections he has to his heir, Ethan Caverly. A son, a father, a brother, a husband, an uncle. Colton is survived by his son, Ethan Caverly, his daughter, Ariana Caverly, and his wife, Courtney Caverly. He is now resting next to his fathers memorial at the Newcrest cemetery. Alaska (Caverly) Villareal, of Oasis Springs, passed away June 26, 2020, due to Old Age. Daughter of Grayson Caverly and Summer (Holiday) Caverly. A friendly sim, who did nothing but make her friends. She exceeded through school, always high with her skills regarding mental. Alaska is survived by her younger brother, Colton Caverly and his family. And her two sons, Eric and Henry Villareal. Widow of Max Villareal. Mason Caverly, of Evergreen Harbor, passed away June 26, 2020, due to Old Age. Son of Grayson Caverly and Summer (Holiday) Caverly, twin to Alaska Caverly, older brother to Colton Caverly.. A bad reputation, an evil soul, but yet, his family still hurts after his departure from this earth. Mason Caverly was known for getting into fights, as well as growing through the criminal career. He made it to be the ‘Boss’ through the career. A son, a father, a brother, a husband, an uncle. Mason is survived by his son, Chance Caverly, his daughter, Kacey Caverly, and his wife, Marisa Caverly. He is now resting next to his fathers memorial at the Newcrest cemetery. Turned my ideal future home, into a reality in the sims. It took over 6 hours, but I love it, and am incredibly happy with it!
