It’s been forever, hasn’t it? Honestly, I lost my muse for Pink.  However, I’ve recently watched the newest bomb and my muse has sparked again. Not for Pink, though...

I’m going to choose ONE of those two and convert this blog. I want to ask your opinions on who I should choose? I’m still going to play Steven as a side muse >> I love that kid.

Hello ! I recently saw Incredibles 2 and so I’ve been hella working on my Voyd RP blog sooooo that’s where I’ve been lmao. And I kind of lost my PD muse ? At least for right now. I’m sure she’ll come back but when I AM here, expect a LOT of Steven for a bit. But yeah - it’s not READY (I still have blog pages to do and such) and I’m not accepting asks yet but if you want to - and LOVE the incredibles as much as I do ? “It’s not from nothing!” Pink tried not to raise her voice, but she LOATHED denial — while some things DID change, others did not. She knew Earth and all of its beautiful life would suffer and perish if she continued to do as they expected of her. She simply couldn’t bare the thought...

“Blue, please - everything will DIE. Gems have pointed such things out to me && I have seen Earth and its wonders first hand. I’m not making something from nothing... I’m taking something and leaving nothing behind.”

The emotion in her voice was as radiant as ever. Earth had changed her — for better && for worse. She had Pearl to thank for this realization. Blue had backed her up at the start... maybe she could win her over again? She wasn’t sure.

“Blue… I need to speak with you.” The younger of the two practically whispers as she steps inside of Blue Diamond’s palanquin. Hands folded together, she kneels at the monarch’s feet. She wanted something. Something she felt might even anger Blue — which she feared.

Her gaze shifting from the floor to her counterpart, a determined yet worried look within her eyes.

“I wish to stop the colonization of my planet. It has come to my attention that Earth is full of life … && I would only be robbing such life if I were to proceed. Nothing would survive my invasion… So I ask you allow me to spare their lives and allow me to leave them peacefully. Please?”

There it was again. She should just be HAPPY with what she has and never long for MORE. Well? She was sick of that. She didn’t deserve to sit EONS without a colony — she could HANDLE it.

“And I love my Pearl!” She leans into Blue’s gentle touch with a sigh of frustration, looking away from Yellow && up into Blue’s eyes, “Is it really so wrong of me to lust for more? You want me to desire this — and I am? So why am I being treated this way? It isn’t fair. It’s like the both of you don’t really care for me... Neither of you ever listen.”

Her gaze shifts back to Yellow, && her new found gentleness sharpens ever so slightly, “I at least deserve a chance to prove myself. I do not see this as disrespectful... to each their own.”

“ Indeed, complex. You won’t have this FREEDOM- this LACK of responsibility will be gone, and soon enough you’ll be spending your days GLUED to a throne reading emails & looking over reports. It isn’t GLAMOROUS. It’s RESPONSIBILITY, Pink. It’s duty.

Golden eyes glance towards Blue, trying to make an EFFORT to be amicable & friendly, clearly her HARSH tones would be unsuccessful in this conversation, as they most usually are.

“ I don’t want to see you SUFFERING, Pink. Regardless, White Diamond has already been GRACIOUS enough to gift you with a Pearl, begging for more is DISRESPECTFUL. It will make you look WORSE & this colony nonsense will be further prolonged. Is that what you want?”

“BUT I DO DESIRE IT!” A stubborn shoe slams down against the tiles below, her fists now clenched and her features visibly angered. How could she accuse her of not desiring the very thing she’s been fighting for, for days now?

“Of course you would LISTEN to Blue and Not me!”

She bristles - Yellow sure knew how to get under her skin. She hated it, more than anything else. But - at least Blue was on her side && vouching for her.

“Would you rather see me in PAIN than HAPPY, Yellow?” She honestly wouldn’t be surprised. Out of both Diamonds - she’d firstly believe Yellow wasn’t fond of her before Blue. “It really feels like so. Am I just a big disappointment to you? Can’t very well prove otherwise unless you give me the chance.” If ‘complaining’ wouldn’t get her way? She’d try guilt tripping.

“Have you NOT been listening to me?” Pink GROANED, hadn’t she already explained her reasonings enough?

“I want a colony of my own - I deserve it. I’m just as important as you - just as capable! All I do is train and sit around WATCHING the excitement and YOU won’t even let me be a part of it!” The smallest of Diamond’s huffed, arms on her hips and her foot tapping against the tiles beneath her. 

“How can you be so sure I’m not ready? How can you be so sure it’s a BAD idea if you haven’t even given me a chance to PROVE myself, both of you!”

Steven’s expression went from one of stubborn anger to one of shock — suddenly, out of the blue, he’s laughing — the tension dissolving almost as quickly as it came.

It takes him a brief moment to compose himself before he can actually explain anything. What a way to break the tension !
