need to vent ab hair loss cuz what the helll

I've been on T for like 4 (?) years now with a maybe 6 month break 2 years ago and I swear I've got a fucking fast track to balding

like brother ??? excuse me??? I noticed like 3 years ago that my hairline was moving and I was happy bc T was working but the hair just wouldn't stop thinning??

if it was just some hairline receding sure but it's the whole fucking head thinning?? like I can't even touch my hair without a strand or two coming out. and don't get me started about the hair coming out in the shower jfc

all the products to make it better and keep it from thinning either are being outpaced by genes/T or don't work for me. maybe my hair is just resistant to it bc I've been using minoxidil for like two years (literally the day the barbie movie came out) and it doesn't seem like the "6 month shed" ever even stopped. but that's not how it should work!! I don't even know bc every time I'm like "hey it's not too bad" I get a fucking glimpse of my scalp through my thin ass hair and get so angry and sad and just ughhhhhhhh

i know it could be a hell of a lot worse but shit, I'm fucking 18 with hair thinner than my 50 year old dad?? I've got way to much going on to stress about this every single day too

does anyone have any advice on what packers to use specifically with the mypack straps? I bought one recently and the packer I have is wayyyy to bottom heavy and it just looked/felt uncomfortable and unnatural.
