Avo and trout on sourdough toast and an egg fried in ghee + a sugar free coke.
Eventually going to cut out all carbs but I want to make sure I’m supporting my brain and hormones with healthy fats while restricting so that my body feels safe to let go of it’s own fat.

please don’t take nutritional advice from me or anyone else that isn’t a registered healthcare professional but if you’re stuck in plateau and sick of feeling tired and unmotivated, do yourself a favour and check out Dr Anthony Chafee and Stefanie keto person on YouTube. I know we’ve been taught to be fearful of eating fats and cholesterol but our brains and hormones are literally made of it!! Ever wondered why you get so bloated eating carbs and certain veggies, it’s because we don’t actually need all that stuff to function, we do need protein and fats, but again don’t take it from me, do your own research, eating fats turns your body into a fat burning machine and supports your brain and hormone health so that you can push through those intense workouts, recover faster and not feel so dead and sluggish all the time.

After rotting in bed for the better half of the day, I finally did a workout and it felt great :) wasn’t the longest or the most intense but I’m just glad to be back! I was looking at pics of myself from 2022 and I looked so lean and toned and muscular, it’s cool that I can be my own thinspo now, it’s more motivating and feels more attainable <3

You guyssss I’m finally back, does anyone even still use this app anymore lol? I have so much to tell you, I managed to reach my goal weight and was sooo skinny it was awesome but then I got into a relationship and started smoking weed everyday and my bf at the time and I would smoke and binge HARD and I gained a bunch back. I remember feeling so guilty because even though I loved him I’d think how easy it would be to restrict again if we weren’t together and then we broke up so I guess I have no excuses now lol🥹 I also don’t have any friends anymore not in a sad way but in a they were toxic and now I can restrict in peace kind of way and they just wanted to drink and eat pizza. Anyway, I’m starting this account back up because I go back to uni next year and I want to be SNATCHED. It feels so weird to say these things on here because I would never say them out loud and I’m literally 22 I should know better but idk this is the “prime” of my life right? I should be thin and wild and free🤪 it feels kinda good to be back and now I have no obstacles, like yes embrace me Ana in your bony arms!!!

Food diary 11/01/2020
For dinner I ate 1 rice cake with 1 tbsp chicken mayo and 3 slices of cucumber and some onion
Other than that, I fasted the whole day but now that I’ve had food, I want more😂 I also had a small pieces of pork from the stew my mom made. I might do another tbsp of chicken mayo and call it a night.

What I’ll be doing to lose weight for the next 10 days:
1) Fasting till 5pm
2) Eating 900 calories a day
3) Taking pictures of everything I eat
4) Sparkling water and lemon for cravings
5) 3km run 4x a week
6) All the basics: black coffee, sugar free gum, TONS OF WATER
7) Cheat day on a Friday
I start Monday (11/01/2021) and I’m only doing 10 days to see if I’ll stick to it, wish me luck!
