It’s really funny when Wilson lies to House because House will always. Always catch him in that lie and is determined to stalk him to get to the bottom of whatever Wilson is hiding from him because he’s so fucking Wilson obsessed. Ok today in Hilson insanity

In this episode House challenged Wilson to decorate their place and Wilson couldn’t do it because he’s always just followed the lead of whatever woman was in his life. They go back and forth on this for a while until finally Wilson hires a decorator BUT also picks out one original piece: a Hammond organ for House.

House smiles and says “I like what this says about you, Wilson.”

Ok. Uhhh

So, should we unpack the idea that House is the first roommate/domestic partner/???? in Wilson’s life to insist that he actually express his own person and not just follow along with what they like. And then that Wilson’s expression of his true self was something for House. This is so romantic?

This is one of the most romantic moments on the show, actually. The only other comparable one is when House got Cuddy her med school desk (which by the way, never made sense to me. wouldn’t her med school desk just be some Ikea dorm room bullshit?)
