This blog is celebratory of grrrl gangs of all gender identities who work together to destroy rape culture and smash the patriarchy. This blog does not organize or recommend physical violence but is understanding of the varying responses grrrl gangs have to rapists, abusers, and harassers. This blog recognizes different types of privilege and the many people who did not, could not, were unable to, choose not to and will not have the opportunity to bash back for any and all reasons. Twitter User @TheWordy Harassed, Stalked, & Threatened
@TheWordy is a brilliant, important, funny, person on Twitter. She brings a much needed perspective to the conversation about the marginalization of women of color and regularly calls people out for their racism, sexism, and general fuckery. She locked her Twitter likely for her own safety because she has been receiving horrible threats.
On June 10th she tweeted "kickstarter for making white men extinct." Men, specifically white men, began harassing and calling her racist even though racism against white people doesn't exist. Her tweet was shared on 4chan [now taken down] and they started plotting how to sabotage her. A swarm of men have taken to threatening her on Twitter, Facebook, and her blog. She has been receiving threats of rape:

Her privacy has been invaded and they are stalking her to find her place of employment and where she lives:

And here are just some of the men who have said awful, disgusting things to her and tried to rally others to harass her: here, here, here, here, here, here, and here.
TheWordy does not deserve to feel unsafe. Show her you support her, expose her harassers, and please reblog.

on rape revenge
tw rape abuse
My dash is constantly littered with rape revenge quotes and patches and all sorts of quips on attacking ones abusers.
Let me preface by stating i 100% stand behind killing and outing abusers and rapists.
But in reality - these things are rarely possible or plausible.
Often our abusers still are in positions of power in our lives or the lives of those close to us.
Often our abusers have the power to still control us, ruin us, and destroy us.
Often we open our mouths and speak to those we trust about our abusers to find even those we love do not believe us, or that they blame us.
Often we do not even know the name(s) of our abuser(s).
Often we do not have the slightest chance to ever ever damage our abusers at fucking all.
So while I stand behind and support those who do bash back and destroy their abusers.
I stand behind and with those of us that never ever can.
We are allowed to cry tears over our abusers.
We are allowed to never ~recover~
We are allowed to never open our mouths or speak up.
We are allowed to never reveal our pain.
We are allowed to never feel brave or safe or strong or okay.
We are allowed to never be able to fight back.
Just as we support violence against abusers, we must support sorrow and pain and silence.

Affiliation, Kellie Taylor (2013) This is my thesis installation at the SAIC MFA Show 2013. This piece is a revenge fantasy featuring a fictional (but plausible) fraternity of lesbian-identified women—Daisy Chain—that seek to exact revenge on persons who harm queers.
