((Haimi doesn’t really think she’s quite ready for romance. Or if she would want it, either. First of all they just entered the recon corps. Secondly, it’s hindering. Since most of them are bound to end up dying on a mission eventually, she considers it futile or foolish to cloud your mind with overwhelming and quite inconvenient emotions like love. Third, it would just be more pain in the end anyway.

….Of course, she hasn’t liked anyone yet, so she might just be a hypocrite later, hahaha! first let’s get her to make friends LOL ))

((The sketch on top is of Haimi and her brother as kids! Forgive my google translate french, but he’s “saying” (google translate sucks so it’s obviously not correct) something like “I’ll get those ribbons for you, I promise, Haimi!” and Haimi’s telling him “thank you!” This is something she considers one the sweetest things anyone’s ever done for her uwu but he sort of died so it’s not exactly her happiest memory.

The picture on the bottom is of Haimi and Kieran when they first meet! n - n She was trying to pickpocket him but instead, Kieran noticed and took out his wallet and asked her how much she wanted. It turns out she used to money to buy the ribbons her brother never got her. Since she’s close to Kie, she thinks fondly of that memory. However, she would never admit to either memory, so she doesn’t really lie, but she tells what’s sort of the truth: she doesn’t know which one would be the sweetest. ))

(( This is an excellent question! 8D I’m surprised anyone read my bio/noticed the french 

She’s been taught to lie about her lao heritage, being half-asian and deny being oriental at all. (you know, for safety’s sake.) Because of this, though she isn’t quite used to being called Reine, she’s used to switching to French rather than Lao(tian??? i still dont know) because people would/might ask what language that is, where is it from, and why she knows it. Just to avoid all of that, she uses French. ))
