With the new year now upon us, the time has come for me to close the mailbox.

Thank you everyone for sending your confessions throughout these past 2 years!! This blog wouldn’t have been able to run without your guys’ constant contributions. I made this blog because I follow the FGO confession blog and thought, “Dragalia doesn’t have one, does it?” And lo and behold I made one! I honestly didn’t expect to get anything haha but you guys kept this blog running and I am immensely grateful for it :’D .

Reading your confessions, seeing how you felt about the story and events, characters, ships, and just anything related to the game, it was fun! Thank you for sticking with me all this time

I hope Dragalia lives on in another form someday, so we can all enjoy our beloved characters and story once again. Vio Rhyse Alberia!

Thank you for all the amazing wok you have done on this blog! its been a fun ride and i will genuinely miss it and all its crazy confessions. i will never forget the time in one of my submissions that i made someone upset by coining the term "newden" and they wished all my bacon would be overcooked and painful to chew because of it. heres hoping one day we will be able to return to this wonderful blog. until then i hope the best for you. i hope you have a wonderful new year!

Since I know you're closing up soon since it's almost 2023 and the game is gone, I have to put this in before the blog completely closes. Thanks for everything Mod Noelle. Most people that start confession blogs, end up dropping it and go MIA. But you, until the end, made it through. It was definitely fun while it lasted, and I'm sure you had your moments with wild confessions. Your simple editing was a really nice touch to some of the confessions honestly and it was also nice you left your own comments in the tags as I know some other confession blogs don't do that. Your work may not be viewed by many but for the few that do look at these confessions, at least we have some record to look back and laugh on the memories made. I always wondered why Volk never fought Kai Yan. Their ideals are so conflicting with each other, I don't know how they could possibly ever work together. Sucks that we will never know now.

It still feels surreal that it's all over. I'm probably going to end up being like this one meme. Cue me, years later, playing OST of DL on speakers and then someone I know is going to come up to me and be like "You have to let go. The EOS was 10 years ago."

I’m still so mad the Heinwald and Curran plotline didn't get any kind of resolution. I’m mad abt ALL the side stories that ended on cliffhangers but Hein and Curran meant the most to me looking back. The fact that they and Lathna are probably not even important enough to make any reappearances in any other CyGames media just frickin sucks. I miss them so much man

I just realized, did Mym get screwed out of her happy ending?

Everyone else is living their ideal life in the new world, like Elly and Alex working side by side in the church, Ranzal having a good relationship with his dad and also Volk is there for some reason, and Luca, Sarisse and MascuLaxi chilling at their village.

But Mym's perfect world would be her being by Euden's side. So whats her life now? is she just alone on her volcano again, or did she get some new person to love? Also if Midgardsormr remembers the events of the old world, do the other Primal Greatwyrms have their memories too thanks to their pact? Cause if so them Mym must be in absolute misery in the new world...

Unless, she encounters a certain wandering nobody that is.

@ the anon who @ me because I was upset everyone forgot everything.

Yes, I do want them to remember. Honestly, their bonds that they had before the new world mean so much more since they worked hard to keep it in the first place. But now that bond is just all gone? It feels so empty unsatisfactory to me.

With the Zethia thing, I'd personally want to remember those bad experiences so I can learn from them and grow stronger. But I also don't know if that's what I'd actually want if I was Zethia as I'm just basing my opinion on traumatic past experiences I had. Back then I did wish I could forget everything, but now that I'm stronger and made progress and had good experiences because of those traumatic experiences, I no longer wished to forget those things and accepted they are a part of me. There are some things I think about like how I'd be like if those bad things never happened to me and where I would be now if they didn't happen, but then I think about the people I wouldn't have ever met if and all the good things that came from those bad experiences that I would've never had experienced if I didn't have those bad experiences to begin with. All in all, that's just my opinion though and I'm not Zethia but that's what I would've personally wanted.

And yeah, I know Midgard remembers... but think about it, once he dies, no one will ever remember what happened before. That's just forgotten forever. And not only that, since he's the ONLY one that remembers, he is literally like Zhongli from Genshin Impact. "Osmanthus wine tastes the same as I remember, but where are those who share the memory?" Even if he does meet them all again, he literally can't talk about the experience because no one would believe him. Poor Midgard is all alone with these old memories. 

 However, I do agree that your points are completely valid though. Especially the Euden thing. Looking at it again, if they all didn't get their memories erased, some of the bad guys like Volk and Beren wouldn't have gotten a happy ending. And some of the dead ones like Mordecai and Gatov's kingdom wouldn't come back. It doesn't show in the main story, but we can assume everywhere else is also fine as well. Saiga's wife is alive, and he didn't kill his master. Aldred lives a normal happy family life with his sister and parents. Hawk didn't have to kill his friends. Maybe Xander and Nefaria get their kingdoms back too. Leviathan doesn't accidentally kill a lot of people before meeting Euden. Epimetheus doesn't get abandoned. Etc etc.

My opinion now is that some of the really close ones should've been allowed to keep their memories and know the truth of what happened before the "good times." Like a secret between them and only them. That would've been a nicer ending.

Puyo Confessionist & Nedrick Simp here (I waited until literally 2 AM to nab him), god this has been a ride,  a ride that I've been so happy to enjoy since way back during the first Lost Heroes event. I won't pretend that the main story is perfect in every aspect, but damn it hits hard (especially the ending. granted it could've been better but I'm happy with what we got), especially with the story events and character stories combined. As for the events themselves? Oh my goodness I loved them! I wish the whole Nyarly and Syndicate stuff was resolved, but considering EOS? Understandable. Regarding gameplay and characters? I don't even need to say much I love them. The former was fun and simplistic, and the latter is a fun mix of 50% Quirky and 50% Serious, leaving something for everyone. Sadly all things have to come to an end, but the positive note? I ended up having a good time both in the game, and in the community on occasion! Honestly I'm so happy I was able to play Draglaia Lost...

I can’t believe none of you came here to scream about Nedrick turning blond at the end of the story!! Usually I get people coming in here to talk about the recent events in the story, and I’d go “Ah so that’s what’s happening” and then forget about it. And then I’d go read the story myself and go, “OH I SEE”

But none of you confessed about Blond Nedrick so when I saw him at the end, I was so awestruck and at a loss for words ksdjhvalksjd He’s happy!! He’s loved by his family!! He didn’t die of wyrmscale and continued to live as the 7th sciiooonn aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa He looks so handsome too 🥺 Not that he wasnt before (I love me my edgy boys with cool jackets and sad backstories), but this is another good look for him. I’m sad about his eyes though. The duo tones were my favorite part about him.

I guess I should be thankful though for not spoiling me on this bit lol I wouldn't have such a reaction otherwise

Mascula didn't have his own body because he's happiest being with Laxi and this is directly established in chapter 18
