[Mun Tahu] Comfort food . . . . [NYC Choco Chips Soft Cookie] It was really gooood. To be honest, i'm not a fan of sweets, cakes, cookies, and friends. It's just that the moment you tear that cookie apart and you see the melted chocolate, i find it oddly satisfying. This cookie is crunchy, crusty on the outside but moist and gooey in the inside. Making the cookie dough isn't that difficult, but baking it is challenging. As you can see, it didn't flatten as much as i expected it to be, not sure why, so i will give it another try someday, but taste wise, this cookie is very good. Hoping you guys will also try baking it. . . . . Yield 12 cookies +/- 100gr each Source : @cupcakejemma Rebake : @amelinda_febi . Ingredients: - 190gr cold chopped unsalted butter - 135gr castor sugar - 135gr soft light brown sugar - 300gr chocochips (mix 50-50 milk choco and dark choco) - 415gr plain flour - 10gr baking powder - 1tsp salt - 2 eggs Directions: - Mix butter and sugar until combined, don't overmix and creaming it - Put in chocochips and mix - Mix flour, baking powder, and salt, the put in the mixture and mix well - Beat eggs lightly, and pour into the dough, mix again - Divide dough 100gr each, and gently pat dough to somewhat a ball shape but don't squeeze it, just a rough rounded shape - Leave in freezer for at leat 2 hr or preferable overnight - Bake in preheated oven on 170°C for 14-16 min . . for more detailed instruction watch on cupcakejemma's youtube channel. [Panna cotta tart] What not to love about dessert.Giving this panna cotta tart a try. It's easy and no baking needed. . . . . made with pie pan ○24cm Pie shell : - 200gr cookie crumbs (you can use oreo or other biscuits) - 80gr butter panna cotta : - 400gr whipping cream - 50gr sugar - 2 gelatin sheets - 1 tsp vannila extract Instructions : Pie shell : - Melt the butter - Mash the cookies until you get fine and sandy texture - Add melted butter and mix until combined - Pour cookies mixture to pie pan and spread evenly - Cool in freezer at least 1 hr Panna cotta : - Hydrate gelatin in ice cold water - Boil half of cream with sugar and vanilla extract - remove from heat, add the gelatin sheets, and mix well - Add the rest of the cream and mix well - Let it cool down then pour cream to the pie - Leave for 1 hr at room temperature so that the panna cotta begins to set - Put in fridge for a few hours/overnight - Decorate as your liking, fruits, nuts, etc . . . . #pannacotta #pannacottatart #dessert #sugarrush #dessertrecipe #sweettooth #bakingtime #thespanielskitchensession #thespanielskithensession_dessert https://www.instagram.com/p/CAMGHNiBSkV/?igshid=nmcs3oemflo8

[Petit French Rolls] Plain type of breakfast bun, with some crust on the outside and soft texture inside. Not the typical Asian buns. Good to go with some bacon and eggs. . . . . Recipe by cook kafemaru Ingredients (8 bread rolls): - 150gr bread flour - 8gr sugar - 2gr salt - 40gr water - 60gr milk - 2gr dry yeast - 12 gr unsalted butter - bread flour as needed for sprinkle - 16gr (8x2gr) salted butter for topping Directions: - Mix bread flour, sugar, and salt - Mix water, milk and dry yeast, then pour to the flour mixture - Knead until it forms a dough - Add butter and knead again - Make around shape, cover with cloth or plastic wrap, and leave at a warm place to rise until it doubled in size - Deflat the dough and divide to 8 pieces and make a round shape.
