New music out now – Gumdrop. The title is a nod to my favourite ice cream flavour (Goody Gumdrops); unfortunately, I only have a pic of (evil) orange choc chip, appropriately face down in a car park.

My goal with this track was to build a pulsating and dramatic soundscape to start my sets. That escalated into a very sparse and dark breakbeat + sub combo.

Out today – Sinking Galley by Haszari + Kathia Rudametkin.

Sinking Galley is a mythic meditation situated at the bottom of the ocean. Found sound and electronics are combined with lush improvised viola, evoking echoes of Atlantis.

This new work is a collaboration between Haszari from NZ and Kathia Rudametkin from Mexico.

Kathia is an experimental composer, violist and improviser, fusing sounds of nature, lush melody, and synthetic texture.

Her work explores connections between electronic and acoustic, writing and improvisation, evoking worlds that are beautiful, wild, and in constant evolution.
