glad you found something that works for you !! for the natural soreness, maybe check about muscles knotting? i’m pretty sure it’s a human thing but idk. human or natural form rolling out some sore muscles when the phantom pains subside may help for a next time !!

are you getting phantom pain or just soreness? idk how to help but i know phantom pain is a BITCH. especially in the back. arcspeed soldier o7
