I hate that the "x reader" or "x Y/N" style of fanfic has become sooooo popular, partially because it's just not for me and partially because they clog general non-fic related tags and those authors seem allergic to the "read more" function on this website, but ALSO because I believe that you should have to go through the trouble of creating an absolutely batshit self-insert character, with a backstory that makes no sense and a name that doesn't really gel with the aesthetics of the universe. Legolas and Aragorn should be in a love triangle with Kylie, the angsty sixteen year old half-human half-elf and inexplicable tenth member of the Fellowship. Do the WORK. If everyone was doing "Y/N" nonsense back in the day, there would be no Ebony Dark'ness Dementia Raven Way, or probably Bella Swan. These are important women. They deserve to be named, confusingly and with no regard for the fictional world they inhabit.

Er sieht halt gut aus.“ Das würde ihm jetzt bestimmt nicht peinlich sein. Misha nickte. „Okay. Was ist das jetzt eigentlich mit euch?“ „Was?“ Überrascht sah Alex ihn an und Misha lachte. „Oh komm schon, ihr seid nicht so diskret, wie ihr vielleicht denkt. Ich glaub, die halbe Basis weiß inzwischen, dass da irgendwas läuft.“ „Ja, okay, wir gehen miteinander ins Bett. Und?“ Das würde ihm jetzt ganz sicher auch nicht peinlich sein, auch wenn er wirklich gedacht hatte, dass sie etwas weniger auffällig waren. „Und das ist alles?“, fragte Misha nach, ein Unterton in seiner Stimme, den Alex nicht deuten konnte, und er runzelte die Stirn.

I never wear jewelry. It annoys me, and I hate touching metal especially if it has warmed up from body temperature. So, none.

Most worn shoes:

Well, I used to work at a sports company, so I have a lot of shoes that I got for free, so I rotate and colour match them to my outfit. So I really can't tell which one I'm wearing the most.

New book/fic that has you in its grip:

I'm trying to finish Overgrowth today, because my Illumicrate copy of Voidwalker arrived yesterday and I really really wanna read it. Let's hope it holds up!

One drink you can’t go without:

Incredibly boring, but: water. I drink a lot of water. Also, coffee <3

Latest kitchen fail:

I have to admit, I don't experiment much when cooking, because I don't really like it. I cook the three same things over and over again, because I'm incredibly bad at feeding myself, so when I notice that I should eat, I need to eat now, and then I'm too impatient to do anything elaborate. Maybe that's the real fail in itself hahaha.

(Love baking though, and can report there's been no fails there lately)
