This tasty ranch has a perfect amount of kick to it and is easy to experiment with. Try out Mohamad, Aayah, and Haneen’s homemade ranch recipe today, and let us  know what you like to eat your ranch with! The ingredients are ½ cup veganaise mayonnaise •  (use this image)>>>>>>>> ½ cup organic buttermilk full fat  ½ cup organic sour cream  1 tsp dried chives  1 tsp dried dill weed ¼ tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder  ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper 🌶️ 1 tsp organic lemon 🍋 ½ tsp pink himalayan salt  Before we start we would like to go over some interesting facts about the mayonnaise we're using!  • It's super healthy, it's soy, additives, & preservatives free!  • preservatives can be very harmful for your health, studies have shown a can increase risk for cancer  (show bar graph 📈 in aayah hand) • It's Very low in cholesterol and saturated fats!  • It tastes so much better than regular mayonnaise • And the ingredient list doesn't read like a science experiment • Coconut, avocado, & Olive oil, are the best oils to use!   Microwave Mug PANCAKE Recipe (The Tastiest Healthy Pancake) 4 tbsp organic Einkorn whole wheat flour  2tbsp organic milk  1 tbsp organic syrup  1 tbsp grass fed melted butter  ¼ tsp aluminum free baking powder Optional non-alcoholic vanilla extract Before we start we would like to go over some interesting facts about the flour we're using.  Einkorn Flour is very low in gluten and higher in protein which makes it a much healthier option than most other flours, and easier to digest.  It's lower in starch and carbs. It's not bleached or enriched. It's perfect for cakes, bagels, scones and many more.  Great option if you're allergic to wheat. and it can be substituted for any other flour in recipes.   More information about this in the description below. First off we're going to melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Place a piece of parchment paper in the mug before adding in the ingredients. ‏‎How To Cook A Perfect Mushroom Risotto Risotto is such an amazing and elegant dish! We're going to show you how to absolutely master this dish.  Risotto is usually made with arborio rice which is full of health and nutritional benefits.  It's a bit starchier which allows it to be creamier. For a healthier option you can use organic brown Arborio. For every one cup of organic arborio you'll need 4-6 cups of stock.  Ingredients & steps We're using kettle fire organic chicken bone broth, it's 100% grass fed, it's high in collagen, and stem cell marrow. In short, it's super healthy for you!  Bring the stock to a boil in a pot and place on the side, adding cold stock won't allow it to achieve the ideal creamy texture. So it must stay warm.  Grab your risotto pot, place over medium heat. And Add olive oil. Once hot add in the shallots. Cook until translucent than add in the mushrooms and butter. Once they have cooked down add in the garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Or your choice of seasonings.  Now time for the rice, stir until the mushrooms are completely covered. You wanna toast the rice but not burn it.  Next add a splash of organic lemon juice.  When The the lemon has cooked off, it's time to add more stock. Add just enough to cover the rice, keep stirring till the juice is absorbed. Than add more. Repeat this step over and over for 20 minutes until you have used up all the stock or until the rice is slightly firm and creamy.  Dont rush this process by overloading with stock as it will ruin the end result. Patience is key to this recipe!  If you can pull the spoon though the risotto and it slowly moves back, it's ready!  Add parmesan cheese for a creamier taste.  If you make this master piece you have to tag us on Instagram!
