I’m instantly regretting my decision of sacrificing MC in terms of how they’re setting up everyone to act as if nothing traumatizing really happen. They touch lightly upon it, you can even choose to say that you want to go or not, but the overlying ‘attitude’ in regards to MC’s memorial is just sad. No one is speaking in MC’s memorial aside from Connor (props to you Connor). I get that everyone does move on, but it’s only been a year. No one brought my MC flowers to her memorial? Like? And don’t get me started on how MC’s parents was not mentioned? Where are they? Why is Noah on the run, the fact that he is on the run amplifies that he’s the prime suspect for MC’s disappearance. Don’t get me started on how my love interest, Lucas, doesn’t even say anything at ALL. This is really saddening. I’m stressed out.

Although, I did appreciate Stacy and Ava and Tom even more here. Stacy’s comment about Noah, made me go “oooh, Girl” and Ava, just, Ava in general is everything. She’s learning to yield her powers again and i couldn’t be more proud. Tom, is adorable, despite him not even interacting with MC that much you can clearly see how it’s taken a toll on him mentally. I expected this type of behavior on everyone at the least! He even says they should stick together.

All in all, I’m over here, trying to think of an explanation as to why this was the finale? I’m underwhelmed. I’m upset for MC. She’s over there so conflicted and angry, and like….it just is what it is at this point? I get that I didn’t have to sacrifice MC, but I strongly feel that MC is getting the bad end of things.

It lives in the woods 2, I’m looking at you for redemption.
