I've seen a few takes about how Jayce has been possessed by the Arcane, hence the whiplash of his vicious actions, and how seemingly unhesitating he was in killing Salo and Viktor.

But I think Jayce is still himself, main factor being the eyes:

Jayce's eyes are still the same golden hue, unlike Viktor's and all his followers, which have taken on the iridescent tone of the Arcane. I think Jayce has certainly been touched by the Arcane, and taken on some side-effects from it (one of which being a healthy dose of PTSD), but I don't think he's necessarily been corrupted by it.

One effect we do see is Jayce "glitching" into multiples-- could there be some multiverse situation where Jayce has lived multiple failed iterations, and seen what the Arcane can do and the destruction it lays waste to?

Before Jayce kills Salo, he seems resigned that he has to do so. I don't think this is the face of a man whose actions are being corrupted, but of someone who has seen things, and knows what has to be done.

I also don’t think it’s unintentional that Jayce shot Viktor right through his Hexcore heart.

It's not a coincidence that his visions are constantly interspersed with fractaled flashes of anomalous Arcane beings when he encounters Viktor's healed followers. We see this with Salo, and as he makes his way through Viktor's village.

And when he promises “I won’t fail, I swear it”, who was he speaking to? I think this Jayce has lived multiple iterations of the same situation and knows something we don't, something he learned when he was stuck in the Hexcore Anomaly.

Thoughts on the "Tale of Two Sisters"

Hello readers of the tumbler. As always, I came up with my theory, and this time I want to discuss the topic of the upcoming series, which intrigues me with my description. I will not drag out for a long time, and drove!

As you can see from the description of the episode, we are waiting for the long-awaited return of Mother Gothel, whose death we could see in the movie "Tangled". The return of a character so important for the heroes cannot but go unnoticed, and I want to offer my version of what the old witch will prepare for us from the other world.

The first thing I would like to note is that Mother Gothel is connected with another, no less important character - Zhan Tiri, who currently keeps Gothel’s daughter in her assistants - Cassandra. More importantly, Gothel did not go with her master, because she had hidden the Sun Drop from her in order to be young forever. The Sun Drop is an important attribute for opening a portal from the demon's prison, and I really want to see the reaction of Gothel and Zhan Tiri to each other. I think it would be awkward enough.

But more importantly, Gothel is a very cunning person who loves to play on the feelings of others. Cassandra, despite the fact that she is almost unfamiliar with her mother, sacredly honors her and even went on the path of revenge for her. And it seems to me that the witch will not miss the opportunity to use her to complete her business. Knowing how dangerous Zhan Tiri is, Gothel can set his daughter against the former master so that he could not subordinate her to his will. This especially does not play into the hands of the ancient warlock who was stuck in the body of a little girl.

I’m also interested in the title “A Tale of Two Sisters”. This implies the fact that, to some extent, Rapunzel is the daughter of Mother Gothel, which may sound like nonsense, but if you dig deeper, this has its own logic. The witch kept the princess in the tower for eighteen years, protecting her from various dangers, allowing her to realize her creative potential and be relatively free. Yes, Rapunzel could not leave the tower, but in the case of Gothel, nothing prevented her from holding the girl in chains, like an ordinary animal, and just singing a song from time to time. And the most paradoxical thing is that it was living with Gothel Rapunzel who became the girl that we know - brave, smart, kind and understanding. I don’t know how it could turn out, and you most likely don’t know it, but it’s a fact. And in his frauds, Gothel can use this fact against the Princess, or vice versa - by pushing her to help Cassandra.

Synopsis also tells us that Gothel will return as a ghost. Since she, most likely, is not a follower of Zhan Tiri, she will appear as an ordinary ghost of a blue glow. And thanks to the previous episodes of the series, we know that usually ghosts are attached to a certain place (For Gothel this place is an old house) and that ghosts have some abilities. Based on the film, Gothel does not use magic, but if even a barbarian can control the mind of people and move objects in the form of a ghost, then a person who has lived a millennium next to a great scientist and a terrible demon should have no less abilities. So it’s possible that both Rapunzel and Cassandra, under the control of Zhan Tiri, will have to fight with Gothel. However, I am more inclined to think that we will have a short, but the union of former friends.

And last, which is no longer connected with Gothel - it seems to me that Varian will have another nightmare with Zhan Tiri. An ancient demon revealed to Rapunzel the fact that she was manipulating Cassandra, and just in case this information was not fatal to the plan, an additional move was needed. I do not know what Zhan Tiri can say to Varian: maybe she will order him to find a fragment of the Moonstone; Maybe she will tell him the secret of the forces of two Drops, or she will reveal to him a new Force; maybe she even subjugates Varian to her will. I do not know what will happen, but I think that their meeting in the measurement of nightmares is more than real.

My thoughts on "Cassandra's Revenge" (Dangerous: Spoilers)

So we're finally getting through this. Through a very strange, unusual episode in the middle of the third season. Which the creators of the series described almost as "the best thing in the series". But is this really the case? I think not. And here are the things that I singled out for myself in "Cassandra's Revenge."

• The most interesting segment of this series is the Enchanted girl. Or should we call it Zhan Tiri now? However, it was frightening, mysterious, and I'm glad that the series finally touched on this topic.

This series could be a powerful return to the Dark Brotherhood game. Just think: Edmund and Quirin are in the same Kingdom. They could go along with our heroes to stop the Moonstone terror. But for some reason, the script went the other way: Quirin is not in the series at all (although his son is stolen here, and he could show himself there), and Edmund appeared for two minutes, after which he went home. He didn't even react to Cassandra. What's that supposed to mean?

• Another strange decision - Kira and Catalina. Why take two little girls on a murderous mission to an incredibly dangerous place where the most dangerous person in the world is located!? Why not take Xavier, who knows a lot about magic and Zhan tiri? Why not take the Captain, who might also try to persuade Cass to make contact. WHY NOT TAKE THE BROTHERHOOD WITH YOU, AFTER ALL!?

• I also have some questions about Varian and Cassandra's song. Don't get me wrong - the actors performed their roles perfectly, the animation is gorgeous, but why was this song needed? It didn't affect Cassandra's inner state in any way, it didn't affect Varian in any way (that is, He didn't change his views in any way). Cut this song out of the series-nothing will change! This is very sad. I have a lump in my throat-I'm so sad!

• I'm also confused about Cassandra's motivation. What's wrong with her? Why is she just bad and following her mother's path? Rapunzel and Varian in this series present her with very correct and big arguments in favor of the fact that Cass is not right. But for some reason, one phrase from the mouth of the Enchanted Girl is enough that Cass again unquestioningly became a villain. And in essence, she is still in the shadows, this time - Zhan tiri, just this time she does not understand it. And Yes, I remember Edmund saying that " a Moonstone can get into your head and drive you crazy." But why is it not shown in the series!? At least so that the average viewer can understand everything!?

• And now Rapunzel-Mary sue. In this series, the winner is not a person, not a Princess - but a spell. Why couldn't Rapunzel's strength be somewhat reduced so that it would be really difficult for her to resist Cass? Now I get the feeling that Rapunzel is invincible, and that I don't have to worry about her anymore.

• However, some moments I really liked - every moment with Varian, the Enchanted Girl, and Eugene; the moment of destroying part of the Moonstone, and Verian's dream. The ruin of Cassandra's castle and her fall, like "dying like her mother."

• And I have one last thought-the series is definitely fun. But are jokes worth the atmosphere? Just cut out a couple of jokes and put in more plot and everyone will be happy. Constant jokes, as was the case with lance in the castle, are knocked out of the atmosphere of revenge, which is the main one in the series. It was the seriousness of the cherries of such series as "The Queen for the Day " and "Rapunzel and the Great Tree". Yes, they had relaxing moments, but they were not so many and they were more correctly placed. Causing the voltage from atgt did not decrease, but rather increased.

As a result, in my opinion, this was one of the weakest long episodes in the series, and it is exactly worse than any of the mid-season episodes in other seasons. Yes, it's still not bad - like any other episode of the third season, but it definitely doesn't deserve the kind of praise that the creators give it. My score is 6/10 and I've had my say.

Theories on the synopsis of the second half of the season

Well, you might have thought I was dead... I thought so too! However, the series is coming to an end, and I could not give my last thoughts to you! And Yes, soon I will try to make another post, this time with a review of the series, so do not disagree.

As you probably already know, we were shown information about the next half of the new season of Rapunzel. And although we don't know which series this information belongs to, there are two things I've already been able to pick up:

1) Thanks to the synopsis, we learned that Rapunzel will throw a party in honor of Eugene. And thanks to the spoilers, we know that the party will be about the Real birthday of our favorite guy. But here's the problem...

Eugene was an orphan, and even in the orphanage could not know his birthday, because he was born in the Dark Kingdom. This means that to find out when Eugene was born, Rapunzel will have to ask for help from the members of the Brotherhood. And damn it, I'd be happy to see any of them again!

2) In order to get Varian out of Cassandra's captivity, Rapunzel will have to get into Her "fortress". And this is already causing interest. For the most part, where did Cass get the fortress at all?

The first, and rather - the most possible option: Cassandra itself created its fortress from Black Rocks. We know that sooner or later she will fully master her powers, and in the new promo we saw whole waves of Black rocks coming at Rapunzel, and the only one who can call them is Cass. And if she can make a whole castle of rocks, it is already a serious threat to the main characters.

The second option may be related to the "Race on The Spire" series. What's stopping Cassandra from taking over this place and making it her new home? It is unlikely that the horned bear will be able to stop her on the way to the powerful artifacts of this world. Moreover, we do not know in which series Cass will find her fortress. However, on the other hand, she probably won't be able to capture Spire, because Rapunzel and Eugene will stand in her way.

Well, the last, in my opinion, the most intriguing option, is associated with the well-known theory of "Cass-Saporian". We still NN know who is the father of Cass, however, some of us assume them to be Separatist of Saporia. And to guide your attacks and replenish remorse, the Separatists must have a base. And it can be! In the legend, that was told by Xavier, the second shows the moment where we can see the castle of Sapori. However, in the future we will not see it in any series. So why not reveal this topic to the end. If Cassandra is really a Saporian, then it will not be difficult for her to lead the Separatist movement against her former friend, and then events will go down a more epic path. What do you say?

At the end, I just want to Express a wish. I want my series to end logically, answer all the intriguing questions, and leave me with more positive feelings. And I hope that we will go through this last adventure together. And perhaps, someday, we will be able to see the cherished "Tangled" again.

Fan fiction " Life on a new"

Greetings to you, my readers. And let's be clear: I disappointed you. Yes, I don't do posts at all. And that's very bad for you. I decided to tackle a lot of things and don't get anywhere in time.

I do not write theories, because there is nowhere to build them, and those theories that already exist - there are enough of them. And I don't do series reviews because I don't think you like it very much. And so I decided to share with you for now on what I'm working on. Over Fan Fiction.

After the events of the series "Return of the King", our Dark King decides to hang out in the Kingdom of Corona, to be closer to his beloved son-Eugene. A quick post about the pressing issue.

Welcome readers of the Tumbler. So, the first half of the third season of "Rapunzel Tangled Adventure" ended on a very interesting note. However, I notice that some lbdi do not know when there will be new series. Well - let's understand.

There are no exact dates.

The first thing that can happen is the release of the second half of the season on Disney+. Review on the second series of the third season "Return of the King".

And first I will say a brief opinion - "Return of the King" is definitely one of the best series of the first half of the season. It's just a pleasure for me to see Edmund again and connect with the Dark Kingdom.

First, as always, I'll start with the positive: (a reminder that the numbering of "pros" depends on their appearance in the series, not on their significance to me)

1) Stubbington brothers Storyline

I was really pleasantly surprised at how the line of villains was shown here. The brothers were never "star" villains, but nevertheless. The motive for killing Eugene because of humiliation from other bandits is very original. And despite the lack of clever moves, Stubbington's plan was quite straightforward and cruel. And in the end these characters I even liked it more than all the rest of the series.

2) Rapunzel's actions as Temporary Queen.

It is because of this series and understand what the growth of the character. Remember the insecure girl who was afraid of the crowd and could not make clear decisions? Forget. Now Rapunzel is confident, finds a language with the inhabitants of his state and even gives orders to the Guard. And although Eugene is sometimes too rough with Edmund, I'm glad that the turn with "the Dark Prince" has not been forgotten and has developed.

5) Edmund - you are my king!

I adore Edmund! He is a very unusual character, combining a good-natured father who just wants warmth from his own son, and an incredibly experienced soldier and cunning King. After all, despite his "illness", he managed not to reveal all the cards at once. And Yes, speaking of "illness." It was in this series that the strangeness of Edmund's behavior was more apparent. These 25 years alone have not passed without a trace - the Dark King not only talks to himself, he even finds it difficult to establish contact with his son. I am glad that at least in this way Edmund will have a connection with one of the most important events in his son.

9) Cassandra is not forgotten!

This is very good! The line of the main antagonist (although Cassandra can not be called a "villain" in the full sense of the word) is not forgotten and even Vice versa-is undergoing changes. It was a surprise to me that Cassandra could not control her powers, and it makes me feel sorry for her - life is too unfair to her. And that voice at the end, it gives me the creeps. It's really intimidating, especially looking at a terrified Cass.

Conclusion: This is my one of favorite series in this season! Yes, I turned a blind eye to the cons, but even if you accept them, it does not change the fact that the series turned out very good. That's fine with me. Thanks to the creators for what you have not forgotten about the turn of the series "Destinies collide".

So am I! And, as the Creator of this theory in the Russian fandom, it just amazes me that people like such a crazy theory, and that they are willing to wish for it to make cool drawings!

Greetings to my favorite readers! I finally watched all the episodes of the first "Rapunzel bomb" and I want to say that it was very good (although some moments could be better). Initially, the series gave me a very dual feeling, I was literally filled with joy and hatred in equal proportions. But after a deeper look at the series, after including subtitles and critical thinking, I realized that the series is VERY good. This is the best start to the season we could have had. And now I'll tell you what I liked.
