Blitz: Look, Dette, I'm the one who dragged your sorry butt out of the dirt when you first fell down here, and at this point, we know each other as well as you and Angel Dust know each other. Heck, you lived in my apartment and worked at my company for two months. It takes some effort NOT to get to know the chick sleeping on your couch and beheading people in your vicinity. So I can say with certainty, that one thing you and I have in common is that there are just certain things that we both know cannot be brought up around us.

And one of those things are our parents.

Vidette: ... Wait- wait- was it that same message again?! I thought I blocked that person-

Blitz: It's not you. You had no control over it- it's just some weirdo on the internet who thinks it's funny to bring up old trauma

Vidette: I get it. I'm not gonna force you to participate in the questions thing if you don't want to, or are uncomfortable with it. ...I could try filtering what you receive, maybe? to make sure this doesn't happen again?

Blitz: yeah... yeah, we can try that. I just... (*sighs*)

Vidette: I know. (*hug*) You're pulling your life together, and the last thing you need is for that to be brought up.

You can stay here and hang out if you want, if you still want to talk. I'm not headed for bed for a while, 'cause there's still cleaning to do, and I'm waiting up for Angel.

Blitz: (*hug, setting his chin on her shoulder tiredly*) no, I should go sleep, too, and- you know- eat dinner, and all that jazz. I've got an owl on my couch that doesn't know the first thing about cooking, so if I leave him and Loonie to their own devices- well...

Vidette: He'll try and eat a box of pasta raw, and she'll let him while filming it?

Blitz: Or they'll order takeout and get my @#$%& order wrong because I'm not there to remind them what it is. Besides, who else is gonna threaten the delivery guy to make them get the right stuff?

Vidette: I think I know why most places won't deliver to your apartment anymore, Blitz.

I feel like we have to do some kind of DNA test on Carmilla and Vaggie because they look too similar just to be a coincidence. Like we know that people who are related tend to look similar in heaven or hell, like Angel Dust for example his family looks like fluffy spiders. Also Angel your sister is in heaven and seems to be doing good

Adam: I DO see the similarities, but Vagasaurus was born an Angel, so no blood relation here.

Vaggie: Don't call me that.

Angel: Yeah, I figured. She was always too sweet to wind up down here in the gutter with the rest of us... It's nice to know for sure she's safe, though. I think she and Pent'll get along great...

Ozzie, how come Lust Ring never get flooded despite the constant wet rain weather and why the constant rain in the Lust Ring?

Ozzie: Same way other places don't get flooded. Drains and sewer systems and stuff?

As for the rain- I don't know. Maybe it's the wet season?

(Mod Cheeto: Does it rain a lot in the Lust Ring??? I don't remember seeing that... Flooding is usually caused by nearby large water sources overflowing, isn't it? I think the large water sources are mostly in Greed, but I could be wrong.)

Terribly sorry to interrupt, dear listeners, but it's unfortunately become evident to me that I must clarify something to a select few of you.

We've received a letter recently from a member of our audience that I feel must be addressed.

Rest assured, dear listener, you have not been forgotten!

Our gracious human moderator, Cheeto, is a busy lady! What with the ailments that come with mortality, responsibilities of upcoming musicals, and general malaise, she's often spending her free time practicing the self care required to keep herself upright!

We understand you're eager to hear responses, but our dear mod isn't much use to us as a miserable puddle, is she? This side job of hers is meant to be relaxing! Not a chore. Which is why we let her take her time to wait until she feels up to the task to help us answer your questions in the most satisfying way possible!

On that note, this brings us to our second topic of discussion...

(OOC:) Hi, so- I do not, in fact, know all the ins and outs of Hazbin/Helluva and it's complexities. Certain things are as much a mystery to me as it is to the rest of you.

So when I'm given questions like;

in order to answer them, I'm coming up with lore on the spot, which can take a while, and be tiring/stressful sometimes (most of the time)! Not to say these are bad questions- because they're not. They're really good ones, actually. I'm just not equipped to give the kind of answer you're probably looking for.

So when I look in my drafts and inbox, I'll chip away at some of them sometimes, but if it starts to feel like work, I put it down to work on later, so that this ask blog still feels fun and entertaining, rather than it becoming a job I feel obligated to do.

ALL THAT ASIDE

I'm also a whole person, who's got a musical and a recital and auditions that I have to sort out while still making sure I'm healthy. Mental health and wellbeing come first :)

What can YOU do to help? you may ask?

Ask silly questions! talk to Vidette, discuss pop culture, break into the hotel and graffiti Husk's pants a fourth time- give me stuff to work with that isn't lore-heavy, and just be silly goofy with me :) they're way easier to answer, and are a treat to come across!

And Ozz, how are Asmodean stones created if they are your creation and where can they be (naturally) found? And if damaging/splitting them makes their magic laggy instead of gone, can there be a kind of magic to fix them/are they magically fixable? And are Asmodean minerals classified into different type names or are all classified into one name, like say "Asmodeanite" or "Asmodeusite"? (Those names are what I thought your stones are called)

Fizz: Should we be concerned with how much you're asking about these things? Did you get your hands on one and then break it??? What kind of scheme are you trying to pull here, buddy?

Ozzie: Look, friend- if you're one of my succubi, and you broke your stone, you can just come ask for a new one- you don't have to go through this roundabout process. It's not like I'm going to smite you or anything.

Fizz: Alternatively, this might be a regular demon or sinner trying to get into the human world for whatever reason.

Ozzie: Yeah, the information you're askin' isn't exactly open to the public, for obvious reasons. We can't be having just any demon waltzing around earth, you know.

Here's what I can tell you: --They can't be naturally found. I make em. --You'd need some pretty dang powerful magic to fix them yourself. You'd pretty much need one of the higher ups, like me, to do it for you. --As-mo-dite, or As-mode-e-ite.

Blitz, why is it you prefer the 'o' in your name silent/unpronounced? In the past you don't mind your name pronounced with the 'o' in it.

Why leave it out? Because it's STUPID. That's why! It makes me sound like an idiot! Plus, who wants to pronounce the extra letter, when one syllable is all you need?

Stolas: I was under the impression you shortened it because "Blitzo" was your previous stage name? Blitz: All the more evidence towards it's stupidity.

(Mod Cheeto: Personally, I think he shortened it because of the bad memories associated with it. If it's his real full name, it might have been something his mother called him, or something his dad used a lot. Or he might prefer it shortened because it's a nickname his mom used...)

Ozzie, something I wonder about your asmodean stones, do they lose their magic if they're damaged like getting cracks or fully shattered?

Fizz: Oh dang, these are a lot of messages- that's what I get for not charging my phone- OZZIE! WE'VE GOT MAIL! Got an answer for this one, boss man?

Ozzie: Well, Asmodean stones function like most enchanted objects would. Damage to the vessel of the magic is bound to have some effect on it's potency, you know? A crack may lead to it glitching out, or not working quite up to par. Possibly some sparks here and there. Survivable, but not something you want to leave alone too long, or you might get some problems.

Shattered? The thing's as good as useless, baby. Each little piece would still have it's own fair share of magic, but a nugget the size of a cornflake ain't takin' you to Vegas unless you've got your own boatload of magic to channel through it.

(Mod Cheeto: I LIVE- also note that this isn't canon whatsoever lol. I have zero idea, but Blitz is bound to break his at some point, so we'll probably find out.)

It's also a matter of trying to answer the questions in entertaining ways, which can be difficult if I don't know the answers to some things.

I've been dealing with medical issues the past few months and am only just now getting back to a normal baseline. Answering asks gets a bit stressful sometimes, so I have a tendency to put it off until I feel less anxious about it... then I promptly forget the blog exists because ADHD

I'm not ignoring your asks, I'm just socially anxious, and burnt out from being sick so long.

I'll try to get back to answering when I am able. Thanks for being patient :D
