This weekend has been good, I took my last shot of 0.5 on Friday evening. I had to work Saturday and I was exhausted but got a good nap in when I got home.
This morning we went out to breakfast with my dad and his new girlfriend. It was fine, I had an omelet but was feeling pretty nauseous throughout the day so didn't eat too much.
I tried to take a comparison photo from a photo from late July, I was 280 at the time. I started the wegovy at the beginning of September and I was only a couple of pounds lighter than in that photo.

I am starting wegovy in 2 weeks and wonder if you use a certain site etc for meal/ snack ideas.
First of all, congratulations on taking the leap it's scary getting started but I promise it's life changing.
Second, for myself I've fallen into bad habits when it comes to calories and things. I have just been trying to focus on eating protein and veggies more. Once you're on the wegovy it'll be hard to remember to eat. After the first few weeks, you won't be thinking about snacks at all. I had picked up a bunch of healthy snacks like fruit puree bars, fruit cups, fiber bars, etc, when I first started and they're currently getting stale in our cupboard 😅
I have heard chat gbt is great for meal planning though, you can input the ingredients you have and what your nutrition goals are and it will give you a personalized meal plan.

I didn't lose but I'm not too worried, my injection is due tonight and I've been on my period. Yesterday was alright but I had really bad acid belly in the evening.

Day 48: Thursday October 24th 2024
Weight: 241
Yesterday was good, definitely starting to feel better but still not 100%. Work was good we only had 1 doctor so I was able to get a lot of work done. I got a promotion at work that I'm very excited about as well.
Yesterday's dinner was a hamburger, no bun, with mustard to dip in.

Yesterday was good, I didn't get sick. I took a break from my back pills and I think that is what helped. I'm planning on starting back at the gym next week.
I ate a bit more yesterday as well, had half a piece of meatloaf for dinner and some cut up cucumber and peppers.

Yesterday was rough. I had a migraine all day I ended up puking at the end of my shift at work. We had left overs for dinner last night and I tried to eat more because of how sick I've been this week.

Day 45: Monday October 21st 2024

Yesterday was good, I was feeling a lot better. We got a lot of cleaning done and had a family member over for dinner.
We made meatloaf and loaded baked potatoes and garden salad and apple crisps for dessert. I had about a quarter of baked potato and my meatloaf and some of the veggies from the salad.
Going to try and get back into the gym this week, i woke up with a headache but I'm hoping it will go away before the evening.

Yesterday was roouugghh. I was sick all day, the laxative worked thank goodness, but I also ended up puking my guts up in the evening.
My period also finally started, it was 7 days late I was getting a bit worried.
I ended up napping too, I felt better in the evening then during the day.

Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: nothing
Dinner: nothing at dinner time, but around 9 my partner wanted to go try the Krabby patty at Wendy's. So I had about 3 bites of his hamburger.

Yesterday was not great, work was over whelming. We closed early because we were short staffed. I ended up getting Subway for dinner. I still haven't been able to poop this week, I'm going to take a laxative tonight to get cleared out. It's also shot night.

Day 40: Wednesday October 16th 2024

Yesterday was good! My partner is military and there's a big sale on this week at sports check for military members so we went and got a few things. I got a new pair of sneakers for the gym and my partner got some new pants and winter gear.
I hit 30lbs lost today! I'm feeling the changes and noticing some differences. My legs and arms are getting noticeably slimmer, and I'm down 2 notches on my belt.
On a weird note my period is late. I'm going to take a pregnancy test at the end of the week if it doesn't come. Apparently wegovy can affect your period so I'm hoping I'm just late because of my calorie deficit.

Yesterday was great! We went apple picking and had Thanksgiving at my parents place. I didn't eat very much but had a little bit of everything and no one gave me a hard time about it.
I ended up passing out super early (around 7) and had a nice long sleep. Today we're just planning to have a home day, do some tidying for the week and probably play some video games.

Yesterday was alright. I didn't end up going to the gym because we had to go to Costco after work to get things for Thanksgiving Sunday (I'm Canadian :) )
I think I'm going to switch my gym schedule from Monday Wednesday Friday and start doing Monday Wednesday Thursdays. I find we've been busy Friday nights.
We did the second injection of 0.5 last night, I'm quite tired today.
