Guerrilla Campaigns 1917: Camel lines of the Imperial Camel Corps at El Arish. Wadi El-Arish is a mostly dry riverbed in the Sinai peninsula. It only has water in it at certain times of the year and flows north into the Mediterranean Sea.

A signal-man from His Majesty’s Imperial Camel Corps and a canine friend. The ICC was mostly engaged in the Sinai and Palestine. They would be disbanded in 1919 and reassigned. The ICC was really more of a brigade, with 4,150 assigned to it in total. The brigade consisted of four battalions.
