The Best Alternatives to Foundation
If you’ve ever gone searching for an alternative to foundation, you’ve probably been told to use a tinted moisturiser or BB cream, but more often than not these embody all of the traits that most people hate in foundation, plus more. Let’s bring sexy back! Exercise for lower back pain for strength and support

I remember these were the famous lines from Justine Timberlake’s hit single “SexyBack” What does it mean to have a sexy back? For me, having a sexy back is not just having those big and firm butts. Having a great posture, strong and flexible back is my definition of a sexy back. We models need to have a strong upper and lower back because a strong and flexible back gives you a good posture and a good walk down the runway. As I promised, I am sharing with you in this blog my exercise for lower back pain for strength, support and proper posture. This is no magic guys, because you cannot get your backs sexy by just doing it in a day. You also need to work for it and try to do this exercise for at least 3 to 4 times weekly. But before we start, if you are pained in this area, you should know the lower back pain causes too because instead of helping you, it might make your back pain worse. Aside from this exercise, you can also try yoga for lower back pain as it also gives your back more strength and flexibility. Start these exercise by warming up to prevent any injury or sprain from happening.
1.     Partial Crunches – Lie on the floor with your back and then your knees should bent and your feet and placed flat on the floor. Place your hand behind your neck for support. Slowly raise your shoulders off the floor. Do this for 8-10 times.

2.     Hamstring Stretch – Lie on the floor with your back and your knee bent. Place or loop a cloth under your other foot and slowly straighten your knee. Use the cloth to pull back your foot. Do this with both foot and legs for about 8 to 10 times.

3.     Wall Sits – Stand 1 foot away from the wall and then slowly lean back until your back is pressed against the wall. Then, slide down your knees slowly and hold it for 7-10 seconds. Slowly slide your back up against the wall. Do this for 8 to 10 times.

I did some back pain exercise and it helped to correct my bad posture

At a young age, I dreamt to be a supermodel. I dreamt of walking down the runway wearing those classy and fabulous designer gowns made by world renowned fashion designers. I dreamt to be seen on those huge billboards in New York. I dreamt of being one of those famous Victoria’s Secret angels. And of course, strutting down the runways in fashion week events, galas and more with the big stars in the modelling industry like Tyra Banks, Karlie Kloss, Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Giselle Bundchen and more! And now that I am way older, I still dream of these things and I do work hard to achieve my dreams and goals. I remember when I was just starting with my modelling, an agent told me I couldn’t make because I have a bad posture. I walk terribly in the runway because of my bad posture. Because I was still young and immature during those times, I got frustrated and depressed that time that I almost quit. I told myself if this is my dream then I have to fight for it, I should fight for it, right. So what I did is I asked my mom and some girl friends for help. I did a lot of things way back that helped me become better when modelling. I did some back pain exercise and it helped me correct my posture eventually. I still do this exercise today because it helps to strengthen my back specially my lower back area. You know when you’re a model, aside from having a good posture, you also need to have a strong back because a good walk depends on it and there would be times that you need to wear heavy clothes or gowns.
If you have a busy schedule and you don’t have time to go the gym, there are back pain exercises at home that you can try as well. I have a lower back pain workout plan which I will be sharing with you guys on my next blog.
