[ID: front-facing gif of a niqabi head-desking a table and emerging with two light grey paper 'eyebrows' on the brow piece, seeing the result, and doubling over in laughter.
Beneath the gif is a screenshot of a tumblr post by the-eldritch-it-gay that says ":tapes haphazardly made eyebrows on my niqab brow piece to better show my emotions.:" tags read: "#Eldritch IT Speaks #I always worry people can't tell my expressions lmao #you know that gif of the teddy bear slamming its face onto table and getting angry eyebrows? aesthetically i want that to be me."
ID 2: The original gif of the Rilakkuma teddy bear, who also head-desks a table and emerges with two angry paper eyebrows taped to its forehead. The teddy is beige and the eyebrows hot pink. /end ID] first part of the ID by @mayra-quijotescx

lol, can’t believe tumblr created the hell situation where people can apparently still interact with me, but I can’t see their notifications. Guess I will have to revive my habit of occasionally copy-pasting all my blocked blogs from my main into this blog’s block list. I only wish you could enter more than one at a time (for example by separating them with a comma)
Anyway… Thanks for all the replies, friends! You’re very helpful!
Question for people who are more tumblr-savvy: If I block someone on my main, will they also be blocked from this blog? I always block all fet-ish blogs who interact here, but I’m worried it might not be enough. I’m on mobile 99% of the time, and as far as I know, it’s not possible to specifically block from a side blog on mobile.
After I’ve blocked someone, their notification (like/reblog/etc.) disappears from hijab-described’s notification center, but im not sure if it’s simply “invisible” to me and they might still be able to interact and I simply don’t see it.
Does anyone know the answer? If not, I might write a message to tumblr support to ask, but I don’t want to bother them and I don’t know how long a reply would take to arrive.

[ID: Six colored pencil illustrations of Mahnoor, a niqabi with medium dark skin and brown eyes. She has scars across her face and one of her eyes is smaller and entirely red. She wears a black niqab in all images. Her dress is purple in all images, except the first.
In the first image, she walks with a hijabi woman and two children. Mahnoor wears a red dress and blue bag with a sheep print. The other woman has medium skin and wears a blue hijab with flower pin and a green dress. She has a hand on her belly. The kids both have medium dark skin. One wears a blue hijab and dress, the other wears a red shirt and has short curly hair. A sign behind them reads, “happy holidays!!!”
Second. Mahnoor stands on a street next to a kid. She has a yellow trolly and blue jacket. The kid has medium dark skin and spiky curly dark hair. They hold a doll and wear a purple t-shirt and pink pants. They talk excitedly. Behind them are walls, bushes, and flower pots.
Third. Mahnoor and another niqabi lie in bed together. Mahnoor is asleep on the persons’ chest. The person has light skin and green eyes, wears a pink niqab and red dress, and looks worried. Fourth. Mahnoor is shown from the chest up, with a worried expression and a speech bubble. However, the text has been cropped out. Fifths. Mahnoor shrugs with a worried expression.
Sixths. Mahnoor stands next to another person, who has medium dark skin, curly black hair, and slight stubble. They wear a pink shirt and jeans. Both Mahnoor and they have golden finger rings. They lightly touch Mahnoor’s back. /end ID]
