WHAM! Just for you, torihawkeye~ I honestly have no idea where I was going with this, tbh.

“When you leave, you’ll take what was left of my heart with you. And I won’t stop you, because I won’t be able to feel anymore.”

She had spoken those words so cool and calmly that no one would know that she was on the verge of tears. Matt closed his eyes and took a deep sigh before he turned to face the girl with a crooked smile.

“Don’t you think you’re overreacting a little…?”

“Overrea-…do you even understand the severity of what’s going on!? Asile is in critical condition, Anabi’s missing, and Raiya…” Tori clenched her teeth and swallowed before continuing, “You can’t go. I won’t let you!”

“Tori, if I don’t go, then who will? I’m not going to sit in a corner and twiddle my thumbs while those guys destroy everything! I have to go! There’s no one else!”

“…!” Tori gasped, a horrified look taking over her features, “Then take me with you!” She screamed.

“Are you stupid? I’m not putting you in that kind of danger! You saw what those guys have with them! That…monster. You saw what it could do!”

“And that’s why…I don’t want you going out after it alone…!” Her eyes began tearing up, “Matthew, please don’t go! Please…”

“Tori…” Matt moved towards her and placed a hand on her head, “I love you. If I put you in danger and you got hurt, I’d never forgive myself. I can’t live without you. That’s why I have to do this alone.”

“You’re such an…idiot…” Her voice cracked as the tears finally began to spill. She looked up into crimson eyes. “You can’t leave me too…”

Without another word, Matt lowered his head to give her a short kiss on the lips before sighing, turning on his heel, and walking off. The realization soon hit Tori that he had made up his mind and she couldn’t stop him. She broke down, bringing a shaky hand up to cover her mouth and fell to her knees, sobbing as the tears continued to flow.

I Should Be Doing Art but I'm Not~

I did another drabble instead. I used this thingy and got #6 and yeah.

“I really wanna fuck you right now!”

“…”

Raiya let the weapon she was holding slip through her fingers and land with a loud clank against the concrete. Surely she had heard the pure, innocent and naïve angel wrong, right? Maybe the words got tangled in her head with the heat and exhaustion from their sparring session?

“Uh…what?”

“I mean it!” Crap, she looked serious! Raiya cringed and took a step back, feeling her face quickly heating up.

“W-What do you mean…you wanna…!?” Kari smirked and stepped forward.

“Exactly what I said, Raiya. Heh…you look so flustered. It’s really cute!” She giggled and smiled.

No, no, no! You can’t give such a sweet smile after saying something like that!

“Are you, eh, feeling alright…Kari? The heat! I-It’s the heat, isn’t it?” Raiya’s eyes widened. Why hadn’t she realized the other girl had gotten so close to her? Suddenly, she felt more than just half an inch shorter than her friend.

“Hmm,” She hummed as she gently caressed Raiya’s face with the back of her hand, “You know what it means when an animal’s in heat?”

“Ha!?”

“Why are you hesitating? Don’t you want it? Don’t you think it’s time that we…” A pitiful noise of confusion Raiya let out. Kari moved her head to Raiya’s shoulder so she could whisper in her ear, tickling her with her breath. “I’m. Just. Kidding~!”

“Wha…?” Kari stepped back and gave another pure smile.

“It was a joke! Tori and Anabi told me to try it out to see how you’d react! I gotta say, the submissive Raiya is really adorable! I’ve never seen that side of you before!”

“A joke…? Yes, of course. Ahahaha!”

“Raiya…?” That laugh just now sounded kind of evil. Kari blinked when the other stomped on the ground, a foul look now taking over her features.

“Remind me to chop off their tails and strangle them with ‘em!”

“Eh…”

“And you…” The greenette’s head tilted and she was now giving Kari a deathly glare.

It was certainly terrifying.

“Sorry.” Kari bowed and clasped her hands in front of her in a dramatic way, “I’m really sorry!”

“…” Raiya walked over to her sword she had earlier dropped and picked it up, pointing it to Kari, “We’re done today.”

“Huh!? Y-you’re not mad at me, are you?” Raiya ignored her and started to walk off. The light angel ran after her, “You are!? I’m sorry, I’m sorry!”

“Don’t follow me.”

“Raiyaaa! I’m sorryyyy!”

Frustrating

Whoops, I drabbled. Sorry it's a bit of a confusing mess, I was just jotting down some of my feelings and decided to turn it into this thing.

It’s frustrating. It’s so damn frustrating! It seems that I haven’t changed much after all if I’m still having these stupid thoughts.

…and here I had grown a little hopeful!

The truth is…I’ll always be this failure. I want to be strong for her, because she’s so important to me. She’s my precious friend. But how can I protect her when I can’t even keep myself together? I’m always crying and breaking down in front of her…certainly I’m someone to look up to.

She’s always there for me. She’s always helping me and lifting me up and I can’t even do the same for her. I’m so selfish and stuck on my own foolish problems that I can’t see through them.

It’s frustrating.

I’ve been training for years now…I’m strong. I know I’m strong…right? I wouldn’t be here now if I wasn’t! And…where exactly is here? Curled in a corner crying about why I can’t succeed? I’ve hit a bump in the road and it’s breaking me down. But I don’t want to show my tears…I can’t show my tears…so I internalize it all. And that’s worsening my condition. How much longer can I last?

“Raiya!”

Can I win this battle with myself? Can I overcome these stupid feelings and move forward? Or will I be forced to crumble in the disgusting cycle I’ve created in my head?

“Raiya! Hey, are you here?”

I have to stop whining. I have to stand tall and press on. Stop pitying myself! Show everyone that I’m worth more than I give myself credit for! I can’t break down now…not when she needs me.

“Oh, there you are! What are you doing out here? Aren’t you cold?”

But…still…
