Personality: Highly logical, superiority complex, intrusive, short-tempered

Past:

Asher was born in Mystic Falls, VA. He grew up with parents who cared, and didn't. They set their rules but they didn't care about him all that much. They put food on the table for themselves and him, but only until he was old enough to get a job and feed himself. He never had to deal with much, he just lacked attention and love, he didn't care, it let him have time. It was probably the reason he tried so hard though, got the best grades, didn't do anything wrong, but after long enough, he gave up. He kept up his grades but he stopped being the good son that every parent craved. He threw up his walls so high and so thick, even his best friends rarely got a glimpse of the true lonely boy on the inside. He got a job at the grill and worked their on his spare time, getting his alcohol from his co-worker and living his life as best he could. Even though it bored him, he was okay with; that is until the new people came.

Present:

Asher woke up one morning after deciding to go to a party, not necessarily the smartest idea. He got into a fight with a normal enough looking guy, he happened to be a lot stronger than Asher had expected and consequently, he was left to die, bleeding in an alleyway. Or at least he thought he died. The next morning he woke up in an unknown apartment, head pounding and hung over like mad. Every little bit of light stung him eyes and he didn't have the energy to do anything, not to mention the hunger. It wasn't for another day until he final took the first bite from someone, killing the girl on the spot out of bloodlust. Lost in the confusion and hunger, Asher has to stay as far from the sun as possible, find someone to help him and the person who did this to him.

Personality: Enthusiastic, ambitious, caring, meticulous.

Past:

When Logan was little he'd had a problem with breathing, he had panic attacks and anxiety. Under constant watch nothing would happen, but one unfortunate night, he was outside playing on his family swingset on the estate- Logan's father had been Mayor at the time, leaving the child with plenty of room to run and play- so Logan had played without anyone around. He came across a dead rabbit and for some reason it spiked his fear, sending him into a panic attack. He'd hyperventilated so much he'd passed out but once knocked out, his body didn't naturally start breathing like it should've. It wasn't long before he was found but by the time the medics got to him they had to use a defibrillator on him. Just barely did he make it alive, but ever since Logan saw everyone, even some dead.

He never minded much what had happened to him but the rest of the town turned on him, afraid and worried. No one even knew about the dead, they just didn't want to be friends with him because he'd supposedly died and was brought back to life. He was eight. Logan  thought he might be alone forever, until Violet, the only person who ever seemed talked to talk to him introduced Logan to Griffith, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Present:

Since the flood of new people, Logan has noticed Asher acting stranger than usual. Griffith's too distract with his crush to even think about Asher acting stranger, leaving Logan to be the one doing all the detective work. In the process of hunting down the source of his best friend's strange behaviour he discovers that not everything in this town is what it seems.

Stepping out into the hallway she quickly made it outside, the cool air welcoming on her warm cheeks. She inhaled deeply, a small smile of contentment painted onto her lips. The air was still damp, everything still and peaceful like usual after a rough storm. She wandered forward into the quiet atmosphere, her eyes drifting around her surroundings as she moved to her shared car. It didn't take her all that long to reach her destination, and she casually wandered toward the edge of the lake. Peering into it's still surface she analyzed the girl looking back at her. Licking her bottom lip, she sighed. While she was excited to grow up and finally almost be out of school this year, the thought of adulthood was slightly daunting to say the very least. Letting her thoughts drift, she became completely unaware of her apparent company, coming up on the side of her.

Personality: Practical, lively, gentle, eager

Past:

Celeste was born without a mother as far as she was concerned. She always felt like if she let herself believe in her mother she'd only blame herself for not having one anymore. She grew up with her dad, learning his job and having the family tradition of hunting being passed down, that was all easy. The hard part was having her best friend, who had been her mother's best friend, be a vampire. Her whole life Celeste want nothing more than to leave with Whitney and travel the world, but she was under her father's custody. At sixteen she could've ran away, but her father being a hunter it would've have been long before he found her, probably would've blamed Whitney. So instead Celeste completed all her classes, did what she was told and then when the time was finally up. She turned eighteen and was able to move out and start her adventures with Whitney.

Present:

The first town the stopped to Whitney planned on stay for one maybe two weeks tops, that was at least until Kol Mikaelson walked into the town. Upon finding out that Kol was the one who turned her, Celeste want to hunt him and kill him as quickly as possible but Whitney than had to go onto explain to Celeste about Originals and how they were special. Giving in, Celeste stayed with Whitney in the town, slowly learning just how secretive the little town actually was.

Personality: Impatient, protective, confident, daring

Past:

Whitney was born close to fifty years ago and grew up just fine with her normal life. Sure her life had never been what she'd wanted but it was fine, plain but fine nonetheless. The true turning point in life was after graduation when a young man by the name of Kol rolled into town and captured her attention long enough for her to notice him. He brought out the reckless side of her, the adventure. After one wild night, Whitney woke up feeling strange, different. She'd partied hard, not remembering a lot but when she woke up, it was unusual, not a normal thing for her to not remember. She went to Kol, knowing they had spent the previous night together and he oh so politely informed her she was dead. Right away Whitney accepted it, she never struggled with it, she just gave into the joys and pleasures of living forever. And Whitney never really had any problems with living forever, the only time she ever wavered was when her best friend, Monique, had a child and died in the process. Whitney instantly stood to try and take Monique's place as Celeste's mother but in the end, Celeste's father had full custody of her until the legal age of eighteen.

In those 18 years Whitney travelled around, trying to keep far enough from Celeste's hometown that no one would ever see her but close enough Celeste could visit every now and then. The only problem was her father. Celeste's father hated and despised everything she was: a vampire. Slowly her father caught Celeste how to hunt but she always remained loyal to Whitney, and as soon as she was eighteen, she was out the door and moved onto travel with Whitney.

Present:

The first town the two stopped at on their travels was Mystic Falls, what they didn't expect was to find Kol, and his family in Mystic Falls. Whitney is more than curious but still cautious with Kol. He'd barely stuck around long enough to train her. Celeste being Celeste and a hunter she automatically wanted to kill him, but it took a lot of convincing from Whitney before the calmed down enough. They decided to stay in Mystic Falls for a while longer and learn about the original family and their connection to the tiny, dull town of Mystic Falls.
