what was your first contact with the rwrb universe?

i'll try to make this short bc i get carried away and i get emotional (gay ass) so basically i've known about the book for years but 1) i'm not a reader 2) i thought the plot was silly 3) i'm not really a romance person but when the movie came out i thought well let's watch it (i'm a movie person not a book person) and i did and i enjoyed it so much i rewatched the next day and i wanted to know more abt these characters so i read the book the rest is history.....that was almost 8 months ago and i'm still here 😵‍💫💞

listen i would say everything but that would be boring as fuck so im gonna list a few things

- how after everything he went through (and unfortunately will keep going through) he remains full of love and soft inside

- his bravery!!!!!!

- all his knowledge in literature and queers and history that's so cool of him

- can i say his depression? i relate to him in that way so its comforting to me knowing that he can experience these dark clouds and still live a fulfilling life 🫶🏻

- his big blue puppy eyes of course duh
