Things I’ve learned on how to fast
-DRINK WATER. Or zero cal drinks, or coffee or tea, just drink up. More than 2 liters. You’ll thank me later
-go on light walks but don’t exercise after 24 hours, your body is burning enough already.
-again on walks, DO IT. It’s helpful, it will get your digestive system going and help poop out the rest of the food
-make sure to rest a lot, you burn a lot of cals while asleep plus post nap skinny is the best feeling

I'll be happy when I have a thigh gap. I'll be happy when my chest is smaller. I'll be happy when my stomach is flat and I have outlines of abs. I'll be happy when my arms are thinner. I'll be happy when my collar bones stick out. I'll be happy when my jawline is prominent. I'll be happy when my cheekbones are sharp and when my fingers are slender.
