Hi friends!! Unsure when this is going up except sometime after Loved release and before September sooooooo:

JMB, my dear friend, fellow fellow game developer, and just all around amazing person, made the shojo magazine spread of my BLACK TWEEN GIRL DREAMS!!!

(warning: I will be finding ways to showcase this everywhere.)

So...what other news do I have to report? So glad you asked 🤡

Goodbye Google Docs, Hello Ellipsus

(so far the transition has been....eh. Some of the formatting for certain projects i.e. my scripts for HSDJY 2, did not translate well when I moved them over, it's killed my mojo a bit a lot.

That said, I will need to get over it (somewhat) because Ryan won in my my little poll, and I want to prep the content asap that will go live as part of the 5 year anniversary of HBG + 3 year birthday for the HSD series.

Also, as many are aware, a lot of us are fighting the good fight when it comes to censorship and participating in calling, emailing, and now mailing letters to show how much we don't approve of the policing of what we spend our adult money on.

As for what to look forward to from this blog/studio in the upcoming weeks...

Is this a sequel to Crushed and do I have to play that first?

This is a companion game to Crushed and follows some of the same characters! I strongly suggest playing that one first, since Jacob is introduced in Crushed. But yeah, you can technically play Loved as a stand alone.

Will this be the last game in the Crushed series?

Nope!

I wanna know about Keegan! Can we play as her sometime?

If this takes place in the HSD:JY universe, what's the suggested play order?

For the record, you can play Crushed without having played HSD:JY, and vice-versa!

Shoujosei Jam page is up!

We have the Shoujosei Jam page up!! You can join the jam now to get a reminder when it starts, build teams and make plans, but be sure to read the rules because, unlike Otome/Josei Jam, Shoujosei Jam will only allow NEW projects to be featured in the submissions.

You're allowed to prepare ahead of time, but if you joined NaNoRenO or Spooktober before, none of the things you prepare may be used to create a final product before the jam begins.

Rules and FAQ might be expanded obvious and due to the current uh, political and fincancial climate, I personally would have a SFW backup idea if you planned to go in with NSFW work for the jam ;; For any questions, please ask on our server!

Yet another picture for "You Know We Kinda Suck, Right?" music video! As you can see, each is based off of a scene in the game itself, I think I'm doing well in capturing the vibes!

Poses were fun, this one took me a while, especially with Dinah, but it came out well! Had to make sure I was getting details right too, like Dinah's tattoos or Fritz's two eye colors and such, gotta do them both justice after all! :3
