Dysphoria alone is actually very vague. There's gender dysphoria and body dysphoria and many people think they're the same thing. Gender dysphoria is understanding the disconnect, conflict, whatever you want to call it, with you're assigned gender. However body dysphoria is the physical hatred towards the sex you were born with.

As a transgender person with dysphoria, I don’t think that dysphoria is necessary to be transgender. People can identify how they like and if they don’t have the soul-crushing gender depression, then that’s fine.
