Once again, we are having an influx of newbies who need a reminder on this.

Do not censor the following words (non-exhaustive list):

death, dead, kill, murder

sex

rape

incest

sexual assault

gore

horror

By censoring these words you have just stopped people's filters from working. Someone attempting to filter "rape" from their dash can't do it if you're out here spelling it "r4p3." You have now successfully foisted this content onto someone explicitly trying to avoid it. Desist.

(Quite apart from how Tumblr won't ban you for these words. And how it's childish to be unable to correctly name the thing you are talking about. The filter-breaking problem is the real one.)
