Spike and Buffy were so happy when they were engaged. I'm sure we're supposed to think it was all part of the spell, but Willow never said they needed to be happy about it. Everyone else who was effected by her spells were free to feel however they wanted to about them, and they were all miserable. But Spike and Buffy were like "Yay!
