I don't think it's Naruto's fault he doesn't understand a lot of things.

He was like heavily neglected as a child and he wouldn't have met any of his milestones

The foundation of his learning was fucked up from the get go.

Like Naruto can be pretty smart when he needs to be, at the very least battle smart. So obviously he's pretty capable.

I think his issue is in the neglect he had from childhood and not meeting his milestones.

Anyone ever noticed that Naruto has his mother's fierce nature? Like when he yells at people or gets easily agitated by certain things. It's so much like Kushina I think. He's his mother's son for sure lmao.
