The consciousness never tires, never retires, never resists.
An easy to understand analogy would be... consider your consciousness being the sky, or it being the ground. Just like how weather brings change to the sky, clouds glide across. Just like how wildlife populates the ground, that's how realities leave their mark on your consciousness. It is temporary. It can be wiped out in an instant.
You have control over consciousness and the consciousness has control over you.
Your consciousness is a wide ocean which parts into rivers, each river symbolises a new reality. You as a 3D component floats down the river you choose in your 4D.
When you question reality (the one you're in) it casts a fog making the path to your consciousness hazy.
This fog is in the form of doubts, intrusive thoughts, emotions (especially stress and fears, the ones that speak to you in a way "I don't have enough time to shift", "I can still feel my current reality" , "I can never shift.")
Of course. The fog is useless. Considering you don't succumb to the fog.
Sure, your body will speak, bark, bluff, tease you. The solution is to acknowledge what it's saying. Not in a way you accept that these complaints and worries are your own, but that they're just part of a vessel in a reality you have left and nothing to do with. It doesn't matter if the fog takes some time to dissipate.
Your consciousness settled in your dr once you had accepted it. There were no roundabouts, there were no mind tricks, there was no numbing your senses or counting your symptoms, you are there, because you trust your consciousness and don't listen to a chunk of flesh specific to one reality.
"Too good to be true", belief. The one that lingers but never comes to your attention.
Aka the cause of all of your "failed" attempts. You don't fail because you don't try. You don't fail because you don't affirm properly, you don't fail because you messed up somewhere in your routine or fell asleep too quickly, you failed because.... you didn't allow yourself to shift.
Even if you're confident. You're confident that you will "shift." I'm not one to pick on mere words, but there is a huge looming feeling associated with a shifting attempt. You are trying to shift.
If we imagine shifting to be a bridge between us and our drs, than it is the first thing you should burn down.
There is no mid stage. There isn't a speech you have to give to receive a medal.
It is an action. You being in your dr, is embracing the normalcy of it all. Its not a supernatural experience of "when will the stars align" and you'll cry in the arms of your s/o.
A new reality is a new state of mind, in simple words.
The delay.
Question: is there a delay to you manifesting your dr, whilst shifting?
NO. the only reason it exists is because you have a second of pure plato level pondering (isn't that quite the alliteration) if you are experiencing a delay. Realities are like toys you play around with. And to bring attention to any delay is like pulling the threads of a reality you have left, you're giving it more attention under your spotlight, the last lingering bit of your energy gives it the spark to reiterate itself in the form of a "delay".
Of course, this doesn't mean anything and won't ruin your shift. But for the love of me almost deactivating this blog yesterday, do not waste too much time wondering why "you don't have it", you have it, look at it instead of a sparkly loophole that's blocking the lens of your consciousness.
The extend of romatisization.
We all love our drs. We yearn it while we are here. Nothing is wrong with it and keep doing so. But don't bring tragic separation along while you are laying down to shift. You wrote a lovely story of reunion here, which I do not blame you for, fiction is enchanting, but that doesn't make it real. You are in your dr right now. Don't contradict yourself and your consciousness.
Become or meet God.
You connect with absolute power while you shift. It's up to your beliefs to decide who possesses it. When you shift, shed the skin of a human, and watch everything fall into place when you realise how much you had truly limited yourself. In order to do this, you stop telling yourself how you felt your bedsheets change, how you saw flashing lights in excitement. God created the universe with a phrase, "Kun faya kun", which means "be, and it is." It is up to you, what you take away from this.
Consciousness > God > (desired) Reality
Melt, Mold, Rise -> a method.
Melting is the point of derealization of the previous reality, molding is aligning with your dr self, rising is continuing from the mind space of your dr.
How can you apply this?
Melt - stop your current reality's stream of thoughts, tell yourself you've left it, intent/decide to be in your dr.
Mold - slight imagery or knowing of dr surroundings, slightly take ahold of your dr body (imagining the position of your body) and lastly and most importantly thinking thoughts of your dr self.
Rise - know you're in your dr. Be there. (Continue the previous step, but do not force it)
Waking up from a dream.
Getting to your dr, without a structured method or a plan, just pure belief in yourself is much like waking from a dream.
You feel, hear and sense many stimulus in your dream which have no bases in reality. Similarly, while your assumptions are strong, you might sense the reality you have boldly stated you have left.
The distinction is, you don't expect to get stuck in a dream or never wake up. It is decided that no matter what the dream might tell, the final destination and fixed spawn is back in reality, it is always decided you'll wake up from a dream.
Exactly like that (and to conclude our analogy #2) it is decided firmly that you will wake up in your dr, no matter how potent the call of your previous reality is, we can confidently say it doesn't exist and it is illusive like a dream.
"Why can't I do it?"
You can't. Your human self literally cannot. But your consciousness can and will so sit down and be there.
(You have been fooled on multiple occasions by your darned human brain, so let's all promise we won't listen to it any longer after this post.)
Entertaining illusion, the trap of it
The biggest goddamm lie we have all been told is life. You're not part of a system and the matrix does not need escaping. Its like you think you're driving on a road but in fact the road doesn't exist, you don't exist, the car doesn't exist and in actuality you're floating in an empty void. That's too existential for this post but how does it relate to shifting?
You got fooled by reality again. You put on it's harness and do it's work like a mule. Circumstances are not your problem and you're a separate entity from the troubled college student you left behind.
So don't be a mule and don't put a million alarms on to do WBTB in a surrender to your "what ifs" which is a pollutant you keep breathing into. You have wings, fly above the smoke.

You can't keep retelling the same story.

Maybe you've heard Neville Goddard say that you can't serve two masters and you're like wtf does that even mean? Maybe you just don't get why you have to drop the old story entirely or maybe you think that if the law of assumption really "can't fail" then why can't you return to the old story? Shouldn't it manifest regardless??
First you need to understand how the law works:
Your dominant thoughts/state of being creates your reality. What you are most consistent in assuming and affirming is accepted by your subconscious and materialized into reality.
Your subconscious is impartial. It doesn't care what the physical world says, it doesn't care what is and isn't "true", it believes whatever you are consistently telling it. Whatever you repeat, it believes. It doesn't have an opinion.
The law cannot fail you, but the law doesn't just apply to the free coffees and money you want to manifest. If you are affirming and assuming that you don't have what you want by law that is what has to manifest.
The canvas doesn't care that you want to paint it red. If you're using blue paint, blue it shall be. If you continue to think from your old state that is what will continue to manifest.
You can't continue to think from the old story because it directly contradicts the new one.
Your subconscious is going to go with what you've repeated the most which is the old story so you HAVE to repeat the new one instead of actively manifesting against it.
You can't manifest not having a phone at the same time as you "try" to manifest having a phone, you have to pick one.
When you are telling yourself that it's not happening fast enough, you're not good at this, it isn't working, you are affirming. All your subconscious knows is that you are repeating this over and over so therefore it must be what manifests. If you're selecting the reality where you don't have it over and over again then your subconscious will do the same.
Think as if. That's literally it. That's all you have to do.

what is your mental health plan if tiktok disappears ?

I know this sounds like extreme wording, but tiktok can a distraction for people who are mentally struggling. with your community disappearing, paired with whats going on around the world, im sure this will impact a lot of people. many are addicted to tiktok & I don’t say that to shame anyone but to prepare those who are. in addition to tiktok, the ban will also include lemmon8 & capcut despite what others may be saying.

HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK
"Holotropic Breathwork is a therapeutic breathing technique that uses rapid, controlled breathing and music to create an altered state of consciousness."
The process bypasses your analytical mind and taps into the subconscious, often bringing up suppressed emotions, vivid imagery, or even spiritual insights. It’s often used for self-discovery, emotional healing, and connecting more deeply with your inner self.
HYPNAGOGIC + HYPNOPOMPIC HALLUCINATIONS
Hypnagogia and Hypnopompia are transitional states of consciousness that occur during the process of falling asleep and waking up, respectively.
Hypnagogia is experienced as you are falling asleep. It often happens when you’re extremely tired or sleep-deprived, such as after staying up late or napping during the day. In this state, you may not fully fall asleep but instead enter a semi-conscious phase. During hypnagogia, people can feel as though they’re “dreaming while awake.”
Hypnopompia, on the other hand, happens as you are waking up. You might not fully regain consciousness and instead linger in a dream-like state. In this phase, you may feel as though you are simultaneously awake and dreaming, struggling to differentiate between the two. Similarly, people can feel as though they're "awake while dreaming."
These may involve visual, auditory, or tactile hallucinations, and sometimes even a sensation similar to sleep paralysis. Both phenomena occur because the brain is transitioning between wakefulness and sleep, creating a blend of conscious awareness and dream-like perceptions. While they can feel disorienting, these experiences are a natural part of how our brain processes the sleep cycle.
Routine combining both methods:
Step 1: Get Comfortable
Lie down (preferably) in a quiet, dimly lit space where you won’t be disturbed.
Close your eyes and relax your body.
Step 2: Breathwork to Relax (2-5 minutes)
Breathe in deeply through your nose for 2 seconds.
Exhale out through your mouth with a gentle "ha" sound.
Repeat this rhythm, focusing on how your body feels lighter and more relaxed with each breath.
Step 3: Focus on the Darkness
Let your breathing return to normal.
Shift your attention to the darkness behind your eyelids.
If you see shapes, colors, or feel sensations, let them happen naturally.
Step 4: Affirm and Intend
Silently or softly affirm your intention:
“I am pure consciousness.”
“I am shifting now.”
Stay calm and trust the process as you drift deeper into the void or shifting state.
Step 5: Let Go
Allow yourself to fully relax, knowing that you’re transitioning.
If you feel close to the void or shifting, focus on staying calm and open.

reality shifting isn’t hard. you’ve been told it’s hard because everyone’s too scared to admit it’s not. they cling to their 800-step methods, their must-have crystals, their perfect conditions because they think that if they let go of that control, they’ll fail. but here’s the thing: the more you try to control the process, the more you convince yourself it’s out of your control. and that’s the problem. that’s why so many people feel stuck. shifting isn’t some big, far-fetched thing. it’s just you. it’s always been you.
we���re conditioned to think we’re powerless. think about it—school, work, society, all of it drills this idea into us that everything has to be proven, earned, validated. so, when you hear about shifting, your brain freaks out and says, wait, wait, this is too easy, this can’t be real. and then you spiral. you overcomplicate it. you make yourself think you need the “perfect” script, the “right” subliminal, or that you have to meditate for three hours while the stars align perfectly. like, no… you don’t. all of that? it’s fluff. it’s noise.
at its core, shifting is belief. just belief. no, really, let that sink in. you don’t need to “do” belief perfectly. it’s not something you master through sheer willpower. it’s something you already have. you’ve believed in things your whole life. you believed in gravity without needing proof. you believe your favorite songs are beautiful without needing to explain why. belief is natural. it’s effortless when you stop overthinking it. that’s the energy you need to bring to shifting—trust. trust that your mind knows what it’s doing, and that if you let it, it will take you there. every single extra thing you pile on? the overthinking, the doubt, the need for guarantees? that’s what’s slowing you down. not the “lack of progress,” not some mythical “block”—it’s you convincing yourself it’s harder than it is.
and let’s talk about social media for a second. oh my god, the shifting community on social media… i get it. it’s comforting to see other people on this journey. but let’s be honest—how much of that content is actually helping you? like, really? 90% of the time, scrolling through shifting advice isn’t inspiring; it’s overwhelming. everyone’s got their own opinions, their own “best methods,” their own rules. one person says scripting is a must, another says it’s a waste of time. one person swears by affirmations, another says visualization is the only way. and before you know it, you’re sitting there questioning everything you thought you knew, wondering if you’ll ever get it “right.” spoiler alert: you already know how to shift. you don’t need a thousand voices telling you what to do. in fact, the more you listen to them, the harder it becomes to hear yourself.
take a break. seriously. log off the apps. give yourself space to breathe and think. ask yourself: why do i want to shift? what’s stopping me? what feels right to me? no tiktok trend, youtube guide, or reddit post can answer those questions for you. only you can. and i know that sounds scary. we’ve been conditioned to think we need external validation for everything, but shifting is a deeply personal thing. you don’t need a step-by-step tutorial. you need to trust your instincts. that’s it.
and let me be clear: i’m not saying methods or subliminals are bad. they’re fine if they help you feel aligned. but they’re not what makes shifting happen. you are. methods are just tools. if you use them, great. if you don’t, that’s great too. because the truth is, shifting isn’t about doing things “right.” it’s about letting go of the idea that you need to.
so let me break it down for you. the only things you really need to shift are:
1. a desire. you have to want to go to your desired reality. no brainer, right?
2. belief. this is the big one. you have to trust it’s possible. no “what ifs,” no “but hows.” just trust.
3. persistence. if it doesn’t happen right away, that’s okay. don’t give up. if you’ve ever learned to ride a bike, you know that falling doesn’t mean you can’t do it—it just means you’re learning. shifting is the same.
that’s it. no fancy rituals, no endless research, no “perfect” conditions. the process is simple because it’s natural. you’ve probably done it before without even realizing it— the only reason it feels hard now is because you’ve convinced yourself it has to be.
stop making it harder than it needs to be. shifting isn’t this unattainable, mystical thing reserved for “chosen ones.” it’s something anyone can do. you can do it. your mom can do it. that anti-shifter lurking in every crevice of shiftblr could do it. you’ve always been capable. but you have to stop getting in your own way. stop doubting yourself. stop relying on others to tell you what’s possible. this is your journey. own it.
and above all, be patient. shifting is not a race. it’s not about how fast you can get there or how perfect your dr is. it’s about trust, intention, and focus. log off, tune into yourself, and let it happen. shifting has always been yours to claim. it’s not something you need permission for. it’s not something you need to earn. it’s just you, your mind, and your belief. always has been, always will be.

from the experience, i learned that i love arguing with people in a scholarly way

im confident 90% of the people on loablr have zero idea what loa actually is i need you people to understand that manifestation isnt some woo woo stuff you do to get your wildest dreams to come true you are literally always manifesting this is your reality and you control it once you understand that and once you understand that anything is possible and once you understand that you can manifest anything including the little things in life you will realize how effortless it is ive had this epiphany like a week ago and ive been living life on easy mode ever since everyday i have 10 success stories all i did was reprogram my mind with these affirmations: "the law works for me and does so favorably" "its enough for me to want something to get it" "this is my reality and i control it" "i manifest instantly and easily" "anything i want i get" "reality is malleable and anything is possible" just today alone ive instantly manifested body acne going away, i had my hand on my chest and felt some acne and i was like "i want this acne to go away" and put my hand on the same spot and it wasnt there anymore. stop it with all of these challenges and 281929 steps methods you guys are complicating something thats as easy as breathing just decide you have whatever you want and be confident you will get it because you will!!!

Time doesn’t exist.
I’ve heard a couple bloggers say that time doesn’t change, matter does. And I can’t agree more.
Time doesn’t exist, you’re the one who’s constantly manifesting different things NOW, this is more common sense to prove that you’re already a master at manifesting. And this just proves again that you either have it or don’t. It’s either done or it’s not.
“Time going by” is an excuse to not be accountable for manifesting everything in your reality INSTANTLY. This isn’t to attack anyone or shame anyone, there are of course people that aren’t knowing this or understanding why, but realize that saying “time has gone by and I haven’t gotten my desires yet” is just another assumption to manifest the lack thereof. It’s as simple and direct as that.
It’s not about saying “the 3D isn’t real, focus on your desires,” or “saturate your subconscious” or “dominant assumptions/thoughts manifest”, as these are all related to time passing. You don’t need to “do” ANYTHING. You are failing to understand that this is a yes or no thing. It’s not about long process or “time passing and hard work.” You manifest waking up every day, that’s a vital one that you’re not considering.
Some of y’all will not like me saying this, but the 3D is very real, and its constant changes prove that nothing is set in stone. So when people say the 3D is a mirror, they are absolutely correct…it keeps changing to reflect your assumptions. So for people who keep asking “how can you just change your face and body overnight?”, it’s the same as changing from “day” to “night,” isn’t it? That’s all a manifestation, too.
And when I say time, I also mean days, weeks, months. It doesn’t exist, people created it to measure and keep track of things. Without it, it would only be matter changing like bloggers are saying.

Hot take, but I don't think you need to read a bunch of books, tumblr posts or anything to manifest or shift. You only need to understand it in a nutshell. You don't need to be a loa philosopher to apply the law. The only thing you need is to assume.

Correct. Thats execly why I don't see the problem with age change. Like you literally bacome, you don't cospley. Shifting is not a maskenball.
i dont think that some shifters know that when u shift u truly like.. become (?) what u script (ik this doesn’t make sense let me cook)
if u script that u dont know english ur not gonna shift and then think “omg wow i just shifted” in english😭 ur going to think, speak, type, write, etc in the language u scripted u know
if u script that ur 17 ur not going to think like a wise 90 year old man😭 no ur going to think like a 17 year old whos is highschool whos only worries in life is if they want alfredo for dinner or chicken
if u script that ur 5’10 when ur 5’0 here ur not gonna be like half 5’10 half 5’0
like nobody would want to shift when u shift u bring 50% of ur OR self (only using this term bcs its the only one i can think of rn)

People need to understand that their soul/subconscious/i am state (don't know what term to use here) is not stupid. It can tell the difference between something you actually want to manifest, amd intrisive thoughts. Intrusive thoughts do not manifest.
Maybe I'll do a longform post or a rant if people need me to but no, intrusive thoughts do not manifest.
It is dangerous and downright cruel to tell people otherwise.
For my sufferers reading this, you're safe.
I personally suffer from intrusive thoughts about graphic and violent things happening to me but they have never and will never manifest.
Intrusive thoughts are not the same as your real thoughts.
Also, I'd like to remind those of you who don't suffer regularly that it's not "what if I dye my hair 😋", intrusive thoughts can be incredibly disturbing. I literally cannot give you examples because they would be upsetting.
