A nice thing- well, a very nice thing, happened to me today. A gentleman who I run into about twice a week or so saw me this morning and said "I've been listening to you" I wasn't sure what he was talking about and he said he saw my Podman shirt and listened to my podcast. I asked him which episode and he said all of them. The guy is from South America (The album cover gives away which country) and said he really enjoyed the shows. He said (and THIS is the part I really thought was nice) he said now he knows the names of all four Beatles and he wants to start listening to all of their music. Now while I'm more than happy to do my part to enrich the coffers at Apple, more important to me is I'm really happy to share the gift of the Fabs music with this guy. I hope it brings him as much joy as it's brought all of us!

The Podman wishes you a Beatleful Mardi Gras!
Paul McCartney recorded the album "Venus And Mars" in New Orleans during the Mardi Gras season of 1975. While the Beatles as a group did not attend Mardi Gras, McCartney, along with his band Wings, embraced the festive season during this recording period. They even celebrated with a post-Mardi Gras party on February 13, 1975, which featured dancing to a local brass band. Let the good times roll.

The Podman is back baby with a deep dive into The Beatles and artificial intelligence (AI), a review of Martin Quibell's Pods Like Us, a trip to see the Jim Irsay Collection in Los Angeles and a look at The Kimmer Show. How long before the Podman's bubble bursts?

On The Podman's Second Podcast, a hodgepodge of tracks from various sources are haphazardly thrown together to capitalize on the Podman's flash in the pan popularity. Funny thing is, it's a fantastic listen! The Podman reviews 2023. reviews; Something About the Beatles, John Lennon: Murder Without a Trial and it We're Just Going to Talk About the Beatles.
