I've got AuDHD, I don't feel like I'm a consistent person. My wife disagrees and says I'm one of the most consistent people she knows. Today I'm at work, I go to the lower level and put my water bottle behind the desk. One receptionist says, "Who's that water bottle?" The other says, "Her's she's going to the bathroom, then she's gonna come talk to us, then go full it and go back upstairs." I realized maybe I am consistent. People who I don't see every day due to both our schedules being flexible know my patterns. I've submitted to the modifying ordeal of being known.
