Shredder comes up with the grand plan to swap bodies with April, the ultimate disguise to either sneak into their inner circle and force them into a fight they wouldn't dare try to attack back. Unfortunately, Bebop and Rocksteady ruin the plans once again as they knock him out and tie him up, excited for a mission finally well accomplished, looking forward to Shredder's praise.

It's Jimmy Olsen! The Pal of Superman! Or Super-Sister? Continuity is getting confusing! But one thing we can count on is Jimmy Olsen being Jimmy Olsen, getting into wacky hijinks and being a master of disguise and transformations!

Another retro-style cover, from an alternate timeline where 'Claire Kent, Super-Sister' just took off (even with that name), and now a little gender-bending, at least for a time, is a foundational trope of the superhero genre. It's like when they realized Gorillas on covers sold more, so they just put Gorillas into every comic they could - that, except with TFTGs.

Warstrike Rule 63

Ultraverse could use more Rule 63 - Have a Warstrike!

Mantra has a whole host of magical powers, but unfortunately not this one... but he should! And random thought - kinda wish Mantra had, well, more of a 'mantra'. Three words imply affirmation, but doesn't really provide it. Maybe it could have fleshed out more over the course of the story. Maybe he could have multiple mantras that unlock different magical abilities! Maybe different outfits for each one too! But anyway... Mantra fun.

It's Surge!

From Sonic's IDW series, she's an original villain who's kinda Android 18 - brainwashed youth programmed to hate and seek to destroy the main character. She's been used more frequently than I expected, but she is a versatile, powerful force full of personality, so it's all good.
